I've been here twice and everytime the staff forget ordered items. General lack of care especially when it comes to quality of food.
Disgraceful attitude of the staff here. The manager is not much better. I asked for fresh fries at the order box. Arrived at the window to be told with a sour face they weren't fresh. A fresh serving was brought out with a nasty attitude and snarly comment to go with it. Communicate for goodness sake! Again we ordered fries, tasted them to find them cold. Returned them to the counter at which point the staff member threw them back in the warmer yes we touched the food! Unacceptable! Won't be returning.
Went here Saturday night after the football the toilets were out of order and that was ALL the toilets they had them all blocked off. The place was filthy with staff just standing around chatting when they could have been cleaning the disgusting tables and chairs there was rubbish everywhere food smeared on tables and chairs but their conversation was obviously more important. I ordered a burger that was customised so I had to wait longer which I’m happy to do but when you wait longer thinking you’re getting a fresh made burger and it’s cold when you eat it this is not acceptable McDonald’s Broadmeadow get some staff that take pride in their work place and customer service because this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I gave one star only because I had to but in reality my rating is -5 stars. Nothing nice about your restaurant at all.
Macca's quality aside, the staff at this location are the worst of any location I've been to. They have consistently messed up my order more times than they have gotten it correct. At some point you have to ask if it's on purpose because statistically they should be doing better even if they hired a bunch of monkeys with theoretical typewriters.
Food was fine, but the customer service? Really not sure how to feel. Me and some of my friends including one of our friends who is in the younger grades of primary went to this McDonald’s after school. I was waiting for my friends when the younger girl comes over saying that when she ordered, a McDonald’s employee had said “Who ordered 22 whipped butters? You want some s*x with that?”. I’m not sure if my friends were telling the truth, but I really hope not.
Waited 22 minutes from the time we placed our order in store to when our food was ready. Then the quater pounder was cold, but we ate it anyway because we didn't want to wait another 20 mins. Seems you are not a priority if you order in store. So much for "fast food"
I went through drive thru tonight about 7 pm. Jess had my drink out the window waiting for me and didn’t like that I asked for a tray, I was on my own ordered two meals with two drinks. She huffed, rolled her eyes dropped her shoulders and thrust it back at me. I asked for a tray because once home I find it difficult to get out of the car and into the house with bag of food two drinks handbag and keys to unlock my front door. What’s the big deal about putting drinks in a tray for a customer? I asked what her name was and she ignored me so I asked again and she told me I don’t need to know that and then told me to move. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the rude girls name was Jess. Jess was a pretty young girl with no clue who pays her wages or what job security is all about. Maybe management could point out to her we the customer have plenty of choices where we spend our money and if we choose to go elsewhere that means less money in your till and that could impact your wage. If we the customer get better service elsewhere we are more likely to continue to go elsewhere and that will impact on your job security.
Dining area was filthy, in the half hr we were there no one cleaned tables. I ordered the crispy chicken burger, cardboard would have tasted better. Absolutely disgusting! The iced chocolate tasted like weak chocolate milk.Food: 1/5
Great to see machines working correctly. Food was brought to table..a smile would have been nice... Order wasn't correct but was quickly fixed with no fuss. Food was fine and wait time has improved. Shame rubbish was left around on tables.Otherwise a much more pleasant visit. Kid-friendliness: Staff was pleasant enough and efficient.
My son and I went to mcdonalds Saturday night at 9.30pm, I was busting to go to the toilets but the toilets were out of order, the food whilst it was quick to be ready wasn't great my son found a hair in his burger box and don't get me started on the disgusting table and chairs we sat in the kids room because all other vacant tables and chairs were filthy I will not be visiting here again
