NO MAYO, so Hungry Jacks signature burger is the whooper which has their mayo on it. Apparently after ordering and opening our burgers to find no mayo and asking for it THEY HAVE NO MAYO. Like what the hell. No signage stating no mayo at all, no one even bothered to tell us. Very disappointing. Not to mention the poor effort of the burgers we did recieve. Very minimal filling and dry as hell. This is seriously the worse Hungry Jacks we have ever been too.
The drive-thru was really slow! Then when I finally got to the "collect food" window, they handed me my flake storm ice cream thingy, then almost 2 full songs on my car radio later and I was then given my burger. One completely melted sunday, annoying car fuel wastage, and no money left to get real food. Parking: No parking bays for drive thru customers, and it's needed!
Why answer the phone if you won't listen to the person calling? Had a simple request but the person answering wouldn't let me finish, saying "it wasn't possible". Would have been fine if they declined to help, but to not even hear me out was really annoying tbh.Service: 1/5
Ordered two large peppercorn and bacon burger meals. Burgers looked like they had been made long before we ordered. Meat all dry around the outside and the cheese was see through, it had melted into the bacon. Very unsatisfactory. Also ordered large meals and got small chips. Definitely not worth paying over $30 for. Very disappointing. Hadn't gone to Hungry Jacks for years, won't go back.
The place was filthy.. fizzy drink all over the floor with signs showing it’s there but nobody cleaning it. Friendly staff though. Burger a bit dry. Had to ask to clean a table so we can sit to eat, to which they were very obliging.Food: 3/5
i ordered a burger that arrived with barely any lettuce and tomato the only salad included. i returned it to counter asking for a fesh one to be made with salad. a replacement was made and it was only marginally better with a little more lettuce only. having taken a bite of the first one i can also say that the meat patties on both were barely lukewarm. i cannot imagine they would pass health regulations. when leaving i ordered a $2 chips, again barely lukewarm. i would not recommend anybody waste their money at this branch ever. go somewhere else to eat! id give zero stars if it were an option.
The last few times I've been to this stores drive through and have always forgotten something most of the time they forget a burger or nuggets I pay to get all my food not part of it, horrible experienceFood: 1/5
Food is always hot and fresh. Restaurant and amenities are very clean. Can get quite full when the local high school finishes for the day. Drive thru is a little tight for larger vehicles. Parking is ample as is wheelchair access.Food: 5/5
Pies were full,loved the pastry,cakes,laminations Just a small little shop but we enjoyed their food.Just takeaway.Food: 4/5
I used to like coming to this Hungry Jack's for dinner or some lunch but the last few times I've been very disappointed with the service. you need to improve the waiting times or put more staff on
