Honey, theyve shrunk the fish! Opted for an evening of nostalgia ordering the family dinner meal with 4 'big' burgers, 2 small burgers, 4 large fries, 4 medium drinks and 20 nuggets for under $40! Unbeatable value for a quick and nasty feed. Obviously dont expect the fine dining experience at this establishment. Venue was modern and clean relatively and we were lucky it wasnt too much of a wait as we were in before 6pm! Drive thru was humming along.. thought id walk in to order take-out... Customer service has always been good for me, always polite and helpful...i mean its probably a first job for most of the lads and lasses.... When ordering take away or 'take out' in American i always check the order as most places, and this one is no exception....may get stuff wrong especially during peak hour. And this one gets real busy during dinner till late as its on a busy road just before the M7/M2 entry and shares a carpark with the Colonel finger lickin and a pub and poke venue. 4 stars only cos fries were cold and the fish is just about bite size now...not sure if the fish has shrunk or ive grown? Apart from that, its what youd expect it to be.... Quick and cheap!
They have never gotten my order right and the food is always poorly prepared. I gave them one more chance this morning because surely they can't mess up a cheese toastie but sure enough they did. It was a very flat sandwich not even cut nor toasted. Honestly you can't expect much from a maccas but this is even below standard maccas quality.
Impressive! They got my order completely backwards! Ordered a large coke with no ice and two hamburgers with extra pickles, but received a large coke with the most ice I've ever had and two cheeseburgers with no pickles! I didn't think it was possible to get such a simple request SO wrong, but here we are! Bravo, guys. Now I'll go and sip my 'large' coke containing less coke than a small size.
Phone rings out constantly Georgia the manager hang up on me whilst I was talking about the horrible parties that were burnt to a crisp. Still no answer not happy . It was throught drive thru so other people please watch out . I also will complain to head office. Update still no word from head office as of 18 April unimpressedFood: 1/5
Very poor service. 24 May 23 Tonight was the worst service I've ever received at any McDonald's store. Please don't employ people that don't great you or don't say anything to you when taking your money in the drive through. The young lady that took my order & payment maybe better suited cleaning the toilets rather than first contact customer service. Unfortunately, no level of service what so ever. The young man that gave me my order would be far better suited as he was polite & welcoming. After reading all your other glowing reviews - NOT. I reckon it's time to take my business elsewhere.
Burgers are often just thrown together. Saw one of the boys in the kitchen timing how quickly they can make a burger then high fiving each other. I get it, but equally an extra few seconds spent not making the burgers a disjointed mess would be nice.Food: 4/5
Night staff was soo rude! 1am 4/04/23. I accidentally parked on customer waiting zone but it’s like 1am and no one around. This staff member with glasses. She could’ve asked me politely to move my car but no. She had to shout and tell me off.
I visited the Kingspark McDonalds today and was very disappointed with the food. The burgers were cold and tasted stale, and the fries were limp and undercooked. The service was also very slow, with long wait times despite there being few customers in the restaurant. Overall, my experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this McDonalds location to anyone. The poor quality of the food was the biggest issue for me. As someone who has eaten at McDonalds many times before, I know what to expect in terms of taste and freshness. Unfortunately, the food at this location did not meet those expectations. The lack of attention to detail and quality control was very apparent, and it made for a very unpleasant meal. In addition to the bad food, the service was also lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, and it took a long time for them to prepare my order. The dining area was also not very clean, with dirty tables and floors that had not been properly swept. Overall, my experience at this McDonalds was very disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Nothing much expected from fast food.. Soggy buns and package.. Burgers are better Hungry Jacks..
Worst Maccas ever , my last 5 orders have taken longer than usual walking no matter how I order app or in person. Always been asked to come back to front of restaurant in waiting Bay. Seriously, also they never have full menu so point pre ordering. Today I was lucky with this broken cup to spill half of it aa soon I picked from tray.
