Fish burger not fresh. Ladies toilet dirty, water and toilet paper on floor, toilet cistern not working properly, running. Nice hokey pokey shake though! Husband's chicken burger not fresh either. Fries good.

There's always an expectancy and a sense of familiarity going to a McDonalds, unfortunately our visit on this particular day was terrible. Mine and my sons Big macs looked like they had been stood on, the fillet o fishs looked like they had been caught a year ago and most if not all our burgers was so overfilled with lettuce! Quality control should be at the forefront of any business, whoever was in charge of it on this day needed a Kit Kat!

Terrible. Service is VERY slow and the staff are rude. Barely even look at you when serving and yelling at kitchen staff while you're trying to order. The toilets were also disgusting, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages + the lock on the toilet door didn't work. And the McCafe doesn't have the same loyalty card as other McCafes. Not impressed.

Unhealthy but tasty. Apart from that, down at Mahurangi College you can see the big M sign from the B Block classrooms and Assembly hall.
