The service at this McDonald's has been in a decline for awhile. The self serve machines either don't work, don't have a number available for table service, don't give a receipt, or as my photo shows, the receipt comes out blank. If I walk up to the McCafe and someone is making coffee they ignore me. If I walk up there and there is no one working behind the counter, staff behind the main counter ignore me and don't assist. When I do finally go to the regular counter and ask if anyone can serve me at the McCafe they say I have to order through them. A sign would help. I asked that same person for a decaf one day and he said he's new and didn't know how to do it, didn't ask for help and just stared at me to make another decision. The staff are teens so it's the managers and supervisors I blame for the lack of leadership. It's a culture of apathy.

Probably the worst McDonalds on the Gold Coast. Regularly out of full cream milk in the mornings. Self serve POS always out of rolls to issue receipts. Thick shake machine regularly down. Most staff grooming standards below par. These problems and more are not the employees fault but are directly created by the seamingly lack of proper direction/involvement by owners/management. Franchise controls seem to have failed in this instance.

Absolutely useless. I'm not sure why they bother to ask what you order as the don't listen the first time. Can I get a sausage muffin meal with a large coke? "yes small medium or large" Dumb as people work there.

Absolutely asgusting, The people here act like robots telling me good afternoon when it's clearly night time and also while we're on that subject they dont even bother to join my clan like honestly what does it take to make the customer feel appreciated or even thought of. I say good day sir to you and this filthy establishment.
