Surely has to be the worst McDonald’s on the Sunshine Coast. EVERYTIME we order from Uber eats, something is wrong. Cold food, missing items. They’ve tried to blame Uber and told us to take up any complaints with Uber as they “cant do anything” but like… you make the food. And put the food in the bags and give it to the driver. It can’t be anyone else’s fault.nComplete rubbish and super unhelpfulnPic the way it arrived - Large 10 nugget meal
Ik they always drop the fries in the back but they where fully tipped out and upside down and they only filled my drink half way on the cup and gave me no straw

This fine young man was a star employee he should be treated like royalty I would love to see him be a manager 100/10 service.
Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,nnI am writing to express my disappointment with the service and quality of food during my recent visit to one of your locations. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect from McDonald’s.nnFirstly, the coffee we were served was cold, which was quite surprising and disappointing. We were looking forward to a hot coffee, especially in a fast-paced setting like McDonald’s, where quality and consistency are expected.nnAdditionally, our burger was carelessly thrown into the box, resulting in it being completely separated and looking unappetizing. It seemed as though no care was taken in its preparation or presentation, which detracted from the enjoyment of our meal.nnLastly, as a member of your team walked by, they accidentally spilled some of our fries. However, no effort was made to offer us a replacement or remedy the situation, which was frustrating and left us feeling undervalued as customers.nnI hope that steps can be taken to address these issues so that future customers do not have similar experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I would appreciate any follow-up or clarification regarding how this can be prevented in the future.
