Ordered a hamburger for my two dogs to share with just meat…. I get home and find a burger with everything on it but the meat like seriously why would I just want bread sauce and pickles. Luckily my food was fine which saved this review a fair bit
Why would one put the open carton of fries upside down in the bag so that they would spill out when retrieving fries out of the bag? This job is “so easy kids can do it” I’m thinking it may even be too hard for these teens. 1 star is too generous.
Very disappointed with my Smart Meal order. They forgot my 3 piece nuggets completely, and to make it worse I found a hair in my burger. Really unhygienic and careless service. Staff need to pay more attention to food quality and making sure orders are correct.
Terrible drive-through service tonight.nMy order was wrong, and the staff were blunt, unhappy, and provided very poor customer service. When my partner told them my extra burger was missing, the manager was rude and gave her a look like she was lying. She told her she hadn’t ordered or paid for it, even though I had ordered it. Because the drive-through staff got it wrong, she was made to get my card out again and pay, all while being treated like she was the one in the wrong.nThe attitude from both the staff and the manager was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back here again.
The person who took our order was very nice and peppy, which was a bit of a surprise since every other time we get mellow people. Bought a double quarter pounder without pickles and onions, this is not the first time it’s happened that the slip sticker says no this and that for dietary requirements, but still received pickles and onions as if the sticker was a recommendation instead of a request. Asked for a receipt when we paid for the order, and twice more at the pick up window to actually get one, almost as if we don’t receive receipts anymore? The chicken nugget box was also left open, which may or may not be in fault of the back of house.
