Staff helpful and welcoming, top marks to them. Clean and tidy. We are travellers passing through and on this occasion though, we found the muffins very chewy and only just warm. Being maccas and volume sold I'm sure they couldn't have been stale. How come we order the same meal every time and are charged a different amount, even when visiting the same maccas?

No solo traveller seniors coffee.. Had two for one deal which did not help me.. Then when I ordered coffee got the wrong size.. Clean and were pleasant to talk to

Food is fresh. Staff working well as a team but cashier seemed a bit inexperienced when it came to problem solving and thinking on his feet. They were busy, but I only ordered a cone ice-cream. It took five minutes to receive it. The young fella was polite, well presented and great personal skills - but if orders are still being cooked, take 30 seconds to get the one ice-cream cone so the customer is happy and may choose to purchase more. It took longer to get it than to eat it. This site may need a training specialist to review and refresh their skills perhaps?

Didn't give me 2 large chips with big family meal then was a dic about it then said I couldn't get a replacement unless I wrote a code down ffs it was11 pm I just finished work and was driving home how bloody hard is it to put the correct stuff in! And then if they do stuff up I want a voucher sent out or the ability to pick up without needing a code that you can't even text to me :/
