Flies everywhere! Got a cup of tea, glue on register, a lady getting coffee and flies on the jug with warm milk. My table had them, the chair. Gaps between chairs look like crumbs are swept into there. I would not be surprised if rodents are around and come out in the wee hours. Poor experience. McDonald’s are a diminishing franchise as the standards of cleanliness drop to increase “productivity” from uneducated, uninterested young staff whom use it as a vehicle to the workforce. If you are the franchise owner, franchise national manager take a look into your stores with a fine tooth comb. A lawsuit is imminent with the radical decline in customer care across all sectors of the business.

Went there as the rush hit and they managed the drive through really well. I was surprised how quickly I got my order, everything was great, including the service. Great job!

I bring a fellow to this McDonalds as part of my job. This is what we think: Friendly Staff especially Olivia and Kristin The place is usually clean. The staff always make the hamburgers just right. Also the staff don't mind if we bring grapes to eat as well.

Ordered dinner for my 2 kids and partner and $42.20 later this was the quality of the fillet o fish burger we got, brown on the outside and brown fish on the inside. Took it back and the explanation I got from the manager on shift was "oh the oil in the vat is dirty??" seriously?? I said come on it's Friday and this must be one of your busiest nights surely you would make sure the oil in the vat is clean? to which she replied "huh". They offered me a new burger which had exactly the same quality of patty? I myself don't eat McDonalds for exactly this reason, food is old, under or over cooked or usually OLD!!!!!! I hate wasting my money on rubbish takeaway! Fork U McDonalds Calamvale.

What is there to say? It's McDonalds, you know what you signed up for by coming here. But honestly as far as maccas goes this place is fairly average.
