Got an ice coffee from here and the milk genuinely tasted expired had my friend taste it as well and she agreed so i went back and asked for a new one with light milk this time. it was clear that they didn’t replace the coffee in the machine and reused an old one so it tasted horrible and was a very dark colour. I felt like I was very reasonable and polite about the off tasting drink so i’m not sure why this was done but I wasn’t happy
This Maccas branch is defenitely good for any season. The inside is heated and the playground was rain proof so the kids will still get their playtime while waiting for their yummy treat! Worth the visit!
I came through drive through on Saturday morning-ish. I had exceptional service from a crew member Anastasia. That girl was hardworking during peak hours. Chips were served fresh, everything was neatly packed! Had amazing service by her, with a smile that made my day!! This hardworking girl deserves a high role!! This wasn’t my first time at this maccas!! Great work Anastasia
Found multiple eggshell fragments in my breakfast muffin, which was already bad enough, but the rubbish area in store was overflowing too so I couldn’t even throw everything out properly. Pretty poor experience overall and really disappointing quality control.
This is not the first time — missing items keep happening with my orders. Is this being done intentionally?nThe delivery arrived quickly, but the burger was cold, items were missing, and the fries were severely undercooked and only half the portion.nI ordered a large meal, but received what looks like a small portion — and it was undercooked.nI even left a note asking the restaurant to double-check the order, but it was ignored.nI will not tolerate this anymore. I am prepared to escalate this matter further.
