After 20 mins wait. I got my order sort of cold. And out of ice cream. Although attitude of the young waiter was very good. The shakes aren’t full cups. And there’s extra stuff in my frappe a hair ….. disappointed
Toilets are clean, tables are clean, at least to about 2pm. The different counter shifts experience different levels off decay on a daily basis. Some days one can stand waiting for so so long, other days the service is superb.nAt least in the mornings it is possible to eat from clean tables with very attentive staff cleaning the place. Congratulations. Food is usually as described.
Ordered a large frappe, first one they gave me wasnt even full. I said that isn't even full. They made it again. Same result, not even full. They don't even care about the customer, why would any staff think giving a large frappe twice and it's not even full. Why not pour in some of the other frappe. Just silly!!!!
If I could give negative stars I wouldnnThis is the WORST McDonalds EVER.nnIt use to be that it was just they could not get our order correct, it happen so many times it actually became funny.nnNow it’s that they don’t get the orders right and the food quality is horrible.nnMissing paid for items that’s the photo showing the bacon is missing on the burgers and the chips are not cooked, they are inedible!
What a joke , we ordered McFlurry and it looks like we got more m&m’s than the soft serve , only filled up halfway and not worth $15nWe asked if it can be filled up more and was told what’s wrong with itnLast time I will be going there, will try Knoxfield
