Everytime I order online from this store, they always...always miss something!!!! They never get the order complete. First time they forgot my 2 hashbrowns, next when we ordered 2 boxes of nuggets, they only packed 1 box!!! And today I ordered monopoly bundle but they forgot the drink!!! It's like they do it on purpose to forget to pack your order. I get that they are busy and probably don't like working there but at least do the bare minimum and get the order complete. Doordash agents were at least nice and offered a refund.
McChicken without the chicken. Just a real inconvenience once you’re already home. They replace it but you still have to waste your time going back to get another one. Defeats the purpose of fast food. Pretty lame apology too.

Their interactions are typically curt, leaving customers feeling as though they have done something wrong, even when they haven't. A simple smile or polite exchange could greatly improve the overall dining experience. A lack of training appears to be one factor affecting work performances, the delivery of food in a timely manner is extremely poor.nnIf it weren’t for the lackluster service, this McDonald's would easily earn a five-star rating. The food quality and cleanliness make it a solid choice, but the staff's lack of professionalism is a noticeable flaw.
