Ordered a small cheeseburger meal and a sundae in drive through and was greeted by 2 young people who clearly didn’t want to be there. I received my meal with a half packet of chips that were so cold the seagulls wouldn’t even eat them, a burger that was greasy and resembled a kindergarden kids art work and a caramel sundae that was more milkshake than sundae. Poor form McDonald’s.
Stale cheese burger and cold and stale chips.. not cooked fresh at all.nNew day 17/10/25 Again ordered food for delivery and no pickels in burgers and chips cold and hard. Delivery only 7min from location . Don't go to this place even if it's conveniently close. You'll get better food elsewhere.
This is now the second time I’ve received a frappe with a sliced cup, and I only realised once I got to work and found my entire car cup holder drenched in frappe. It’s honestly so frustrating.nnThe workers aren’t checking the cups properly or doing it on purpose because this shouldn’t keep happening. When you’re paying for something, the least you expect is a cup that isn’t damaged.nnReally disappointed and hoping this gets addressed.
You are charged for a coffee frappe that includes whipped cream, yet you only receive merely a small dollop and small amount of chocolate syrup.nNot align with what is advertised. Why am I paying full price then?nI urge you to train your staff better, as this is not acceptable and a level of carelessness from your team.nGiven the recent negative feedback from other customers, it would be wise to have a store meeting to go over every complaint to improve your store.nCurrently, it appears that management is not concerned. If it happens again, I’ll be sending an online complaint to McDonald’s Australia.
We had a great experience here, some of the freshest cooked Maccas food we have had in a while.nnAll the staff were very friendly and prompt in their service, we ordered a few things including fries, a happy meal with a snack wrap and coffees.nnThe tables were all cleared but had yet to be wiped down, however a staff member came out and started wiping them down after we had sat down. So it’s good to see they hadn’t forgotten.nnFries were fresh, the coffees were also really good no burning the beans, no burning the milk. The snack wrap was genuinely fresh, well made with a decent sized piece of chicken.nnNot sure if it’s a dream team working today or just a good time of day to come. But really great job by the team working today.
