Gave ABSOLOUTELY incredible service and was very comforting while I placed my order. The speed of the service was also immaculate as my food was completed within the time frame of 2 minutes. I have never, in my 12 years on this planet, had such a beatiful and blissful McDonald’s experience, I would like to sincerely thank all employees who made this visit possible. Honorable mention to Emily for completing my meal at exceptional speeds, this was made possible by the lack of utilisation of gloves.
Ordered uber eats and this is how I opened my quarter pounder. One of the staff took a bite of it. It wasn’t the uber driver because the bag was sealed properly. If it were messy or badly put together I wouldn’t bother but this, this is disgusting.
We went in today with a complicated order as we were ordering on behalf of our family. Ann was such a delightful server, she was so welcoming and patient as our order was complicated. Not only was she patient when we were ordering but she made sure she packed our order in bags big enough to easily take home she put our tray of 6 drinks in a bag for convenience and that never happens when we order elsewhere. Thank you for making our day Ann and going above and beyond with your exceptional customer service.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers meals. Mine was fine, ordered my partners without onion due to an allergy. It came with some onions and upon inspection the burger meat was uncooked, cold and pink, well clearly raw. Showed it to the staff member who said sometimes our meat looks like that but offered to remake it. It was clearly not cooked through and the blasé attitude of the staff member to a food hygiene complaint was concerning. McDonalds standards in Australia have really reached a new low.
Often pop through during my night shift for an easy dinner. About 90% of the time, I can't be served because of system updates. I understand the purpose of these updates but that doesn't make the restaurant 24 hours, and the times are very inconsistent. I do my best to avoid any McDonald's now because any other 24hr take away is never an issue. It's not fun pulling over, making an online order and then heading through the drive through to always be turned away. Such a waste of time
