Absolutely gross food. Rock hard chips that are cold and a try chick breath on the burger that covered in too much sauce and lettuce. It looked gross. The standards of this particular shop is so bad. I wasn't able to finish the chips or burger because it was gross. I spent 25 dollars on gross food.
Never ever have a problem with day crew, Marvellous people, night time crew?nNot only did we order on the app, waited a while, watched multiple people get their order before us at 1am, so we drive/reverse back and approach the window a bit frustrated as we are always told to wait and are always met with these same results. Just to be met with a girl handing us our order in absolute silence, the customer service is constantly poor, no apology for the bloody wait?nMost of the time they mess up the order so much, and is always violently cold. Good job for once not serving cold food to people who pay with their hard earned money, to pay you to do YOUR JOB.
Used the drive through at 1145am. Ordered happy meals. Asked where the toys were for the happy meals as they weren't in the boxes to be told they don't have any left? Happy meal chicken wrap was terrible. The wrap was stuck to the packet, and I had to literally peel it away from the packaging. The wrap had clearly been sat in the packaging for a very long time!
Actual worse customer service of my lifenTook 30 mins for a hot chocolate and I had to ask at the counter how much longernnWaited at the counter for at least 10 mins and was ignored until I got someones attentionnnI actually would have saved time if I just jumped over the counter and made my own.
After ordering and receiving the hamburger meal I looked at it and then I looked at the advertised picture of it and could see very little resemblance. I ended up eating half of the hamburger which tasted bad. Possibly it had been sitting in a Bain Marie for too long.nnIncluding the fries and the five McNuggets and a coffee it added up to $22.nnThe teenage staff were friendly.
