Make sure you always ask for any fries and especially hash browns to be cooked fresh. Literally every time I've ordered hash browns without making sure they're cooked fresh, these guys have given me food so stale, cold and chewy, it's been inedible. I find it frankly appalling that the management continue to allow food that old to be served to customers in-store and via Uber Eats, especially when everything else seems fine. Just because it's Maccas doesn't mean it's acceptable to serve stale, cold food to paying customers.

Went in their drive through tonight only to be served by a girl who was as enthusiastic as me getting up on a Monday morning. We ordered two items however supposedly that’s enough to be sent into one of the SHITTIEST waiting bays in the history of waiting bays where only two small cars are barely able to fit up against a brick wall which without a doubt has scraped numerous cars. Only to have the staff mess up the order of the car in front me getting me stuck for another 5 minutes. One of the items which we ordered was a wrap which was filled only half way with actual chicken. Get this store sorted out, so many bad reviews and nothing is being done. This disappoints me more than coming second on fortnite. 👋🏼🤮

👎🏽👎🏽DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏽👎🏽On afternoon (4.24pm) of 18/10/2017. Not sure how some of the cashiers get jobs without being trained in Customer Service ??!! No meat was put into our Cheeseburger Meals on this particular visit & when I rang to bring this to Managers attention the Shift Manager on that afternoon (4.24pm -18/10/2017) was very abrupt & rude. I didn’t want a refund...I expected a “Thank you for bringing that to our attention, we’ll certainly rectify that so it doesn’t happen again”. But no, just a rude individual lacking basic communication skills! Hung up on us the first time then was rude again the second time. Definitely needed re-training with a course in “Managing Conflict” & “Basic Communucation Skills”. Last time I was there (Jan ‘18) the Manager had changed & was very good so perhaps the other had been dismissed for failing to do her job. I didn’t write a review at the time, instead opting to write to McDonalds Australia about how “poor” the Customer Service” was but McDonalds Australia didn’t acknowledge my complaint. I GUESS THAT IN ITSELF SAYS IT ALL REALLY 🤪 Still waiting. Disappointing....like a lot of the quality of their meals ! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

THE WORST FAST FOOD STORE , I've ever been to ! Terrible food , chips are soggy and cold , burger was completely wrong and cold , it took 45 minutes they wouldn't give me a refund! Managers are disgustingly rude and did not pass the fast food safety requirements on washing your hands every 30 minutes , no slip shoes and hair not tied up !

Cold well over cooked chips hard . Chicken in wrap also well over cooked and rock hard also. Burger sloppy and thrown togeather. Half into bin.3 times bad meals from here. Never again.
