Went to this Crust store this week and I was appalled by the attitude of the girl working there. She was rude and uninterested and extremely unhelpful. I was going to write this complaint when my daughter told me not to bother as she knows the girl (who seems to be the manager) and she doesn’t care at all about receiving complaints and my daughter showed me a post on her public Facebook page making fun of the complaints that she receives. So not only does this store have extremely poor service they do not care at all about the customer and what they have to say! They think that they can treat their customers however they want and nothing is going to happen, well I for one am never going back to this store and I will be informing everyone I know of the horrible service that they will receive if they do. Customers are what keep businesses running and they won’t be open long if they continue to act in the manner that this girl acted in and then refuse to change because people “shouldn’t believe the reviews”. Well if she talked to those people who left those reviews in the same manner that she spoke to me I believe them 100%. DISGUSTING!!

What a joke, the service here is terrible :( Grabbed a pizza tonight with friends hoping to have a fun night and seriously these people are the worst. The girl that works there has zero customer service skills and she seems to be the one in charge :( Disappointed with how these people think they can act and talk to their customers, they act like they don't even want you to order, so you know what I won't! I'm going to spend my money somewhere that actually wants it, too much to pay for average pizza and well below average staff!!!!

Never have I met someone as rude as the red head teenager behind the counter, service here is terrible. The pizza is good but not worth the attitude you get with it. Wish I could give less than one star.

made a delivery order and had the order arrive in 20 minutes!! fast service and great quality pizzas! cheers guys

The staff have got to be the most miserable and unprofessional group of people I've seen working anywhere. Maybe try to possibly have someone older than 18 running the store! Unfortunately it shows through with how they managed to "forget" to make a pizza and then say that it was too close to closing time to make my order. Same thing happened to another customer as well.
