Went through the drive through and was served with in a few minutes. There were few cars on the drive through in front of me but the staff was very friendly and helpful and really impressed me with the service standards as they are only young kids. The food was fantastic and fresh. Will go back again soon and recommend it to everyone. Would like to dine in next time to see the difference between the drive through service and dine in service.

RACIST!!! Drive thru order taker dude Joseph checks out who's in the car, makes a bet with his colleagues and takes order in a mocking accent and follows through with mocking your order. When asked if he thinks that is funny, says he likes having fun at work with his colleagues. Store manager isn't around, the manager in charge doesn't bother apologizing. And then they top it with rubbish cold burgers. Prime location arrogance and teenagers with no regard for customer service. Will I let my kids eat here again? Should you?

The service through drive through is shocking!!! Very rude and unwelcoming, I waited for someone to asked if they can take my order the was no response even after I said hello. Took him at least 30seconds to respond to me, not even sorry about the wait, nothing! I had to scream out my orders, and the kid sounded like he had a flu and just didn't want to be there. If your staff is sick they should stay at home!! Didn't even great me with a hello, simply told me how much was my orders were! To top it off I asked for frozen coke with one of the meals the was no frozen coke, and he gave me a frozen Fanta, like what the hell!!! What happened to the old McDonald's excellent customer service skills!! Gosh I used to be a maccass girl, and we were never rude to customers ever! Really disappointed!!!

Small place, congested parking. Food of course is the same in a the McDonald's. We went there as a big group as we just finished a martial art competition but it was hard for us to sit together as it is very small. They do have a outdoor sitting area, but not enough either. Just went here as it was the closest. Good and helpful staff.

Had just ordered a family box meal, service was poor, drinks were half filled, Big Macs were cold, chips were stale, an both cheese burgers were squashed an not to mentioned I didn’t eat one, as there was old lettuce on the wrapper an it made me think that they took the burger out of the trash bin, I feel sick, I just want to vomit an I wouldn’t recommend this store in Sth Melbourne on City Rd. I have been put off mc Donald’s for good with this experience. Not to mention I had shared my chips with a work colleague an I was ashame to do this as the chips were cold an stale.
