Well the food was tooo delicious burned bread and the service was good they forgot my sauces. The burned muffins was tooo good to say anything. Definitely worth 1 star: well done

Ordered from Kios, forgot to change the ice coffee to no sugar as it always with 3 shots sugar syrup in it. Informed the staff before they made it but still they made the sugar ice latte even I saw the staff put sugar in but other staff said there’s no sugar. I take a sip after I left and threw it into a bin straight away. When I got home and opened my meal there’s even no sauce in it. Apparently they don’t know how to work at all. During the waiting time, there’s a customer asked for napkin and there’s a manager asked other staff to give it to the customer. If a manager can’t even serve customers, who should we trust? Check your camera there’s time on the order.
Misleading customer services McSpicy instead of Hot Honey McSpicy. Did not even notify the customer about the different order being served.nWorst service
