Absolutely disgraceful service at this McDonald’s! I ordered a chicken burger, but when I got home, I found they gave me a beef burger instead. I don’t eat beef, so my entire meal was wasted. When I called to inform them, the manager on duty had the audacity to laugh when I asked, Will I go hungry today then? as if it was some kind of joke!nThis level of incompetence and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. A mistake can happen, but the way it was handled shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect  for customers. If this is how they treat people, I strongly  advise against visiting this location. Shameful!

Great experience at McDonald’s Brookvale! We ordered ice cream through the app while on the way and picked it up via drive-through — super easy and very convenient. Everything was ready quickly and exactly as ordered. Staff were efficient and friendly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Perfect stop when you want something quick and simple. Will definitely use the app and drive-through combo again!

Hii I am uber driver today I waiting for order. I again and again call stafff. But staff and manager also ignore me  I feel very very bad. Manger see two and staff continuously ignore me. I decided never pick the Oder from here. I waste my time .
