Absolutely disgraceful service at this McDonald’s! I ordered a chicken burger, but when I got home, I found they gave me a beef burger instead. I don’t eat beef, so my entire meal was wasted. When I called to inform them, the manager on duty had the audacity to laugh when I asked, Will I go hungry today then? as if it was some kind of joke!nThis level of incompetence and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. A mistake can happen, but the way it was handled shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect  for customers. If this is how they treat people, I strongly  advise against visiting this location. Shameful!

Used to be good years ago following the new build, but the quality of service, cleanliness, and food has taken a nose-dive. Lately, every time we dine in the restaurant: 1 it is filthy dirty and we cannot find a clean table the kitchen floor was extremely gross; 2 all the bins are overflowing with rubbish; 3 food is served cold; and 4 the restaurant is run by kids who are dismissive and plain rude.nWe are never eating here again, and we will be driving the extra distance to eat at the Neutral Bay or Beacon Hill restaurants.

Always issues and doesn’t matter if you order via UberEats or in the store…wrong items, messy presentation, drinks taste like rain water
