I don't know if they have heard the customer requests, but I've been going for a while and everything is clean, organised, the service is fast and neat, the girl who is in the noon schedule cleaning does a great job everything is in order
Every night that a men supervisor/manager work with two girls not too sure if they are from India or Nepal because the name are not on display on the uniforms this Macdonalds it's a complete mess they don't clean don't empty the rubbish bins don't serve the customers, and you could see rats running outside the door from the bins near the entrance, I when last week one of the girls say to me she couldn't serve me because the system was down but the orders from uber was taken an prepare, this is a 24 hours restaurant, once the supervisor have seen that I was taken pictures of the stage of the restaurant, he call me and say, sorry we are open how can I help you, and took my order, I order a large latte and the coffee was awful it tasted like dirty water. And I have to put it in the bin. 7 dollars for nothing.nI don't know what the restaurant franchisor is waiting to see the cameras and fix the stage of the restaurant it's appalling, I'm sure the workers are getting night shift loading and penalties to do absolutely Nothing!!!!
If you don’t use the drive through or the computer display near the counter you will starve.nOf least 15 staff nobody could be bothered to serve the counter. There was a number of customers and we were in clear site of management. Any staff walking past made sure not to make eye contact. So simple fix is to walk accross the road to Hungry Jacks and walk straight in to be served immediately with about quarter of the staff
I ordered one McChicken burgernOne quarter pounder with cheese getting service without having to use one of the modern checkout machines was a little slow nobody seemed to want to serve me when I finally did get served it was a lovely young man who was very polite and efficient so everything was handled well the burgers are nice just the standard average Macca's burgers. Nice when you're hungry
Used to be good years ago following the new build, but the quality of service, cleanliness, and food has taken a nose-dive. Lately, every time we dine in the restaurant: 1 it is filthy dirty and we cannot find a clean table the kitchen floor was extremely gross; 2 all the bins are overflowing with rubbish; 3 food is served cold; and 4 the restaurant is run by kids who are dismissive and plain rude.nWe are never eating here again, and we will be driving the extra distance to eat at the Neutral Bay or Beacon Hill restaurants.
