If you don’t use the drive through or the computer display near the counter you will starve.nOf least 15 staff nobody could be bothered to serve the counter. There was a number of customers and we were in clear site of management. Any staff walking past made sure not to make eye contact. So simple fix is to walk accross the road to Hungry Jacks and walk straight in to be served immediately with about quarter of the staff
Fraudulent ad, no receipts printers not working, expensive, rude, ordered eat in but stuff said, 'we do not serve eat in', coffee given separate etc, saving even on napkins, food is quick heated in MW. good only if U are dying to eat anything when nothing else is open.
We attended on Saturday evening and have never seen a more neglected and dirty MacDonalds anywhere. The seating area was strewn with food scraps, spilt drink on seats and floor and dirty napkins everywhere. We had to ask the counter staff for a cloth to clean the seating ourselves and thankfully one of them came to clean our table area. I don't think it was the staff's fault as all were super busy but Maccas management need to take more notice and roster enough staff to keep the place tidy. Very poor hygiene!
My receipt didn’t print out as there were some computer issues however I asked Lara to help me out. She was super patient and amazing and getting my order out to me. Best maccas service ever thanks Lara
I ordered one McChicken burgernOne quarter pounder with cheese getting service without having to use one of the modern checkout machines was a little slow nobody seemed to want to serve me when I finally did get served it was a lovely young man who was very polite and efficient so everything was handled well the burgers are nice just the standard average Macca's burgers. Nice when you're hungry
