For the staffs mental health I cannot stress enough that you need more staff on. The queues are insane, orders are getting lost and the staff are getting abused. Please help them by rostering more staff between the hours of 10pm-1am. Especially when there is a Manly game on. Also fix your machines so people know what their numbers are to help the process. Do better for your own staff.
I am well aware it is a fast food restaurant, the food is always average at best, having teenagers who don’t care make food is always going to be that way so I don’t hold any ill will towards the food…nHowever the amount of rats that run around as soon as the sun goes down is actually disgusting!nMakes me feel sick when I leave and see no less than 5 rats running around outside.nCall pest control or something because it’s genuinely repulsive, I can’t be the only one who notices, shows a lack of care for cleanliness.nI’ll catch you at hungry jacks, a place I’ve never been ever seen a single rat ever. GROSS!
I don't know if they have heard the customer requests, but I've been going for a while and everything is clean, organised, the service is fast and neat, the girl who is in the noon schedule cleaning does a great job everything is in order
I visited this Macca’s on a late Saturday night, and the drive-through was completely backed up because one customer had a massive order. There were only two staff members working, but instead of using a waiting bay, they held up the entire line. I even asked the lady, ‘Have you not heard of a waiting bay? That would be better.’ But she snapped back, ‘Come and do my job for me then,’ and started arguing with me. I was just like… what? So unprofessional
Every night that a men supervisor/manager work with two girls not too sure if they are from India or Nepal because the name are not on display on the uniforms this Macdonalds it's a complete mess they don't clean don't empty the rubbish bins don't serve the customers, and you could see rats running outside the door from the bins near the entrance, I when last week one of the girls say to me she couldn't serve me because the system was down but the orders from uber was taken an prepare, this is a 24 hours restaurant, once the supervisor have seen that I was taken pictures of the stage of the restaurant, he call me and say, sorry we are open how can I help you, and took my order, I order a large latte and the coffee was awful it tasted like dirty water. And I have to put it in the bin. 7 dollars for nothing.nI don't know what the restaurant franchisor is waiting to see the cameras and fix the stage of the restaurant it's appalling, I'm sure the workers are getting night shift loading and penalties to do absolutely Nothing!!!!
