How Maccas ruined my day.nnExtremely unprofessional behaviour from the manager. A staff member said “thank you,” which naturally implied our order was finished. Apparently it wasn’t, but instead of politely clarifying, the manager responded rudely and with attitude. There was absolutely no need to speak the way she did. If this is how management treats simple situations, it seriously reflects poorly on the store. Very disappointing experience.
These people are the laziest human on planet. You have wait like eternity for these people to bring orders to collection area from the other end even if its ready! Not even a single person come to collection area to ask you who you are here for atleast 5mins. They keep on chatting, laughing in a corner!! This is unbelievably frustrating!!!!!!!
Today around 7 PM, my 12-year-old daughter placed an order through the McDonald’s app, but she accidentally selected the drive-thru option for pickup. We didn’t have a vehicle, so I went inside the restaurant and explained the situation to the lady at the counter.nAfter I explained everything, she asked a manager named Bella if it was possible for us to pick up the food from the counter instead. Unfortunately, not only was Bella’s attitude very unfriendly, but she also told me that she couldn’t give me the order at the counter and that I should place a new order instead and pay again.nI’m truly disappointed that McDonald’s seems to have no supervision or proper training regarding customer service. I really hope that the company provides better customer service training to its staff so experiences like this do not happen again
Absolutely disgraceful service at this McDonald’s! I ordered a chicken burger, but when I got home, I found they gave me a beef burger instead. I don’t eat beef, so my entire meal was wasted. When I called to inform them, the manager on duty had the audacity to laugh when I asked, Will I go hungry today then? as if it was some kind of joke!nThis level of incompetence and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. A mistake can happen, but the way it was handled shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If this is how they treat people, I strongly advise against visiting this location. Shameful!
