I recently showed up to maccas and ordered some food, the guys in the back were all mucking around with each other and as soon as my order was done they got the whole thing completely wrong. I gave it back and asked them to make sure it was right this time but more than 3 of the workers were on break yelling and screaming together with smoking. They then yelled at a couple of kids to go home even though they asked nicely to get some food as one of them had diabetes and needed it.
My girlfriend and I received unbeatable customer service provided by Pru who was manning the telecom on the drive through. She was really knowledgeable about all the available options, friendly and patient, even when we needed to amend the order after it had already been finalised. The icing on the cake is that she was really positive, friendly and genuine. She was so great I ran into the store after getting our order to ask for her name so that we could give her the credit she deserves. Massive thank you from us!
Honestly never seem to get my order right although the workers are well mannered and polite 9 times out of 10 and the drive thru needs to be better... I have a large family so usually spend a fair amount here once in a blue moon.. for the amount I spend, I would like what I ask for..Food: 2/5
Terrible service through the drive through both times we stopped when passing through town. All young staff too busy being childish amongst each other to care about customers. Waited over 15 minutes in drive through parking bay for meal and they still got it wrong. Parking: Was in drive through parking waiting for over 15 minutes for order and they still got it wrong
Not a great experience our burgers didn’t taste that fresh.
Premises were filthy, served twice unmixed choc thick shake, worst of all the outside seated area occupied by FOUL mouthed youths offensive and intimidating. Manager did nothing.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Clearly said two 24 nuggets. As I got two of everything else. And the attitude on this 120kg manager was insane. Get hungry jacks.
Had to write a review for macas yeppoon in the hope that the people working on the 25-09-2022 @ 10:30pm ish get some form of a raise or praise from their employer. Thanks people, almost everytime I go their there is something wrong but tonight everything was great thankyou very much. Friendly staff & wonderful food taste & portion size. A big thanks to the slender guy with the black curlyish hair on the mic at drive-through, your always so happy, friendly & polite. Your truly an asset to that business my friend & should be proud of the happiness you radiate.
Amazing service tonight at Yeppoon McDonalds. They seemed busy yet delivered above and beyond service. I hope they see this and know they are doing an excellent job! Thank you
I’ve given this maccas 3 chances now and each time has been disappointing… Last time they forgot the egg on my bacon&egg mcmuffin… Today the chips were like cardboard and my coke tasted like water! The staff were very friendly, but that was about all that was good… Coming from the Sunny Coast I can tell standards were consistently much higher there…
