I have to leave this review as I came in today and was feeling pretty depleated after an exhausting day moving with not much going right. There are no other stars to add but there should be 10 for this lovely human.nnI was greeted at the door by Treen I was told her name was, who was friendly and unbelievably kind and who could instantly tell I was having a rough day. Her kindness was above and beyond. She picked me up from the rut I was in with her encouraging words and helped me with what I needed.nI had to return several times today and each time she was absolutely , remembering me and doing her utmost to make sure I was ok...nThis sort of customer service does not happen these days and needs to be applauded.nPlease thank her from me.nShe is a breath of fresh air and an asset to your business.
Dropped in today to grab a few things and the lady at the door Marama I think the name was was so great to my 3 year old, as leaving my boy loaded the few things from the trolley up for the register lady to scan who was so patient with him, asked him if he wanted to put his little trolley away which he did said goodbye to each other after paying and the lady on front door said goodbye to us again, offering him a small Bunnings toy, well if this didn’t make his day. Biggest grin said thankyou to the lady himself and walked out to the car stoked with his life. Thankyou ladies for making his day!
Shelves weren't stocked and had to get the product off the top shelf.nThe same staff member said hello to us 3 times. Other product not in stock.
Wooh! Love this huge warehouse with literally everything a departmental store would have! Botany plants are really cheap and the variety of items is insane!
Well what an experience! And not an isolated one. I have the misfortune of visiting this store more than I’d like and this is a repeated every time.nMost staff are disinterested or unhelpful and make you feel like you’re wasting their time. Others stand around chatting to other staff or on their phones.nOne register opened with 10 customers waiting to pay while 3 staff stand at the door talking to each other.nThis is on management who need to do a serious reorganisation and some staff training and supervision.nMy first choice is now Mitre 10 , but if they haven’t got the product I’m resigned to losing another hour out of my life for what should be a 10 minute job.
