Huge thank you to Jimmy manager at Bunnings Yeppoon for outstanding service. My issue with a delivery of a Northcote trough was handled with ease and completely resolved within the hour. The replacement was delivered to my home without question. Incredible follow-up and genuinely the best service I’ve ever received. Bunnings Yeppoon was already a favourite, but now it’s my absolute best. Highly recommend and Thank you Jimmy !!!

Wooh! Love this huge warehouse with literally everything a departmental store would have! Botany plants are really cheap and the variety of items is insane!
Helpful staff, but a few times now I've asked for a text receipt and staff haven't been able to provide. Would much prefer to save the paper and have it over text instead.
I have been shopping at Yeppoon Bunnings for well over 15 years due to living locally, however it has descended into very poor organisation, staffing and customer service. Product availability is generally poor compared to Rockhampton and even the staff can't find some items. I am an elderly deaf woman and yet one particular woman at front entrance treats me with suspicion every time and always asks to check my bag, which leaves a bad taste, considering I used to be on first name basis with old staff and I am never searched at other stores. The other week I parked next to front entrance and asked her if I could measure something in my car before paying for it...my car was just metres from her and I am in the store regularly...but she said no, I might run away....Customer assistance is always hard to find and they often close down the garden checkouts due to staffing issues. I have also had a Bunnings staff push in line to get their own items through checkout...I really miss the old Bunnings - before it became a superstore...and will be going to Rocky now as I'm tired of negative experiences every time I shop at Yeppoon.
