Great service - helped me out early on a Saturday so I could tow a boat back to Brisbane. Highly recommended.
They are good, they help a lot. We went in for a couple emergencies and they helped us out. They are kind and friendly people. The pricing is pretty fair. But they didn’t do up our lug-nuts on our tyres. We were travelling on a holiday and noticed our tyre started wobbling. We thought we blew a CV but after checking the tyre they just didn’t do up the bolts. What if the wheel came off. We have a baby in the car. They are lucky we noticed a loud sound when I wound down my window. If anything happened to my child while travelling, it would have been there fault and I had the proof. So be careful next time. A car is technically considered a heavy machine and needs the proper tentative care and look over to make sure it’s a safe vehicle.
Dropped in early this morning without appointment with a screw in a tyre while on a 4K Road Trip . Was allocated a staff member and on the road again in 30 min . Great Service - Many Thanks .

Invoiced me $10 over quoted price. All tyre pressures were different 3 were 40% higher than makers specification on tyre placard, & other one was 30% lower ! One wheel badly scratched & no valve cap fitted to one other.
Extremely knowledgeable!! Very friendly & accomodating! Cannot recommended enough! As a young female it is hard to know if you’re being taken advantage of by mechanics/ vehicle repairs people, at Bridgestone Yeppoon they’ve always explained things properly to me and even gone out of their way to get me a cheaper deal! They’ve also rescued me after a tyre bust incident thank you heaps. Special shout out to Ben.
Not informed of delivery delays. Forgot they needed to do a wheel alignment so need to schedule that on another day. Tyres offered on the day as alternative are poorly reviewed. Lost $180 for a day off work to get this done and at the end of the day no tyres and need to come back. Poor communication, unorganised and unsympathetic. Save the hassle and go to Rockhampton so some competent business can do it for you and not waste your time and money at a place that just doesn't care.
Sensational Service! We had a screw in our tyre and left it with them to fix it up during our short trip to Yeppoon. Tyre was ready for collection by the next morning. We couldn't get to collect it until 5pm ie closing time. We arrived bang on 5pm to collect it and they were so friendly. All of their staff were leaving work for the day , however they took the time to look after us and to even put the repaired tyre back on the car for us which they certainly didn't have to. Amazing service. Very grateful. Highly Recommemded.
I went up to Yeppoon for 1 night stay and had my tyre slashed and car egged. I called Bridgestone first thing in the morning and they said to pop in, I was so impressed they had my new tyre fitted after 10minutes. Very friendly receptionist - josh. Would recommend!!
100% great service and amazing owner Greg. Help us with to get 2 tyers and the store wasnt even open. Super appreciative of the help he gave us and would recommend Bridgestone to anyone in Yeppoon. Thank you so very much for your help.
