MBA Lawyers was established in 1970 and is a long established Gold Coast legal firm which provides a range of legal services to its clients based on a philosophy of personal service and expertise. The firm has had a heavy emphasis in Commercial and Property law since its inception, however has extended its services to include Personal Injury, Local Government as well as Asset Protection, Migration, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Estates, Business Sales, Trusts, Management Rights and Body Corporate Law. The firm remains one of the longest and most established firms on the Gold Coast, and prides itself on its broad areas of practice. The firm also contributes significantly to the local community by participating in various initiatives and supporting various community associations.

I've been a small business owner for 20years and over the last 5 years I've engaged MBA to to act on our behalf in areas of Commercial law, Estate Planning,  Litigation and HR Law. MBA have been outstanding at every step by offering the expertise of a large law firm but with a family feel. I have no problem recommending MBA to anyone who require any type of legal advice.

Don't use this law firm, the lawyer didn't listen to us at all. In fact he did the total opposite of what we said and then charged us for that. All he had to do was put a response into the courts within 28 days but failed to even do this. However he still took $2200 for doing nothing except photographing heaps of copies of the same paperwork. We sacked him of course and are still trying to get out money back. Don't get ripped off like we were go to a decent law firm.
