Fedorov Family Lawyers was established on the Gold Coast by Principal Marie Fedorov.

We undertake work in all areas of Family Law, Property Law, Commercial Law as well as personal matters such as estate planning which includes the preparing of Wills, Deceased Estate Administration and Estate Litigation.

I would highly recommend engaging the services of Fedorov Family Lawyers to anyone experiencing complex family law matters to receive the best result possible. They provide excellent service from the moment you walk in the door with friendly receptionist, great contact via phone or email throughout the matter & exceptional negotiating skills in mediation. Even better they go above and beyond for their clients throughout the Federal Circuit Court process (which can be overwhelming for anyone) and focus on positive end result that is in best interests of your children. Personally I found my solicitor, Nathan Farr, to be very dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and conducting himself with the highest of integrity at all times even when dealing with highly emotional situations. I can't speak highly enough of Marie & the team. They handled my separation and what stood out was how professional and knowledgeable they are. They have also handled my conveyancing. They treat me as an individual. I have friends who have used them after other lawyers could not get a result (in family matters) and Fedorov just blitzed the matters. Since them I've referred other friends and they have been incredibly impressed. Just thrilled to know I have them to call now.
