Mr Stuart Newland is an exceptional oral surgeon.He is extremely knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. I felt totally comfortable with how he prepared me for my operation and his post op care was caring and personable. . His office manager Maria is a superstar and so professional in her approach. She was instrumental in getting me booked in for my op with no fuss and exceptional attention to detail and offered alternative suggestions when i was struggling to get my xrays. It was just refreshing to get such good service and good care.
My experience with Maxfac was excellent. Practice manager Maria helped me quickly prepare for surgery, responding to all my questions promptly and warmly. Stuart Newland’s knowledge, expertise and calm and kind manner meant that what could have been a frightening experience wasn’t at all. Never hurried, Stuart investigates and listens in a way that enables him to treat the whole patient and not just the mouth. Aftercare was above and beyond. I’m 100% happy with the outcome and can thoroughly recommend.
Dr. Newland did such a flawless job removing my wisdom teeth that there was no swelling or pain to speak of, even though the awkward shape of my roots made the job more difficult.
Wisdom Teeth removal Couldn’t recommend this company enough, I had Stuart Newland remove my wisdom teeth and the whole process was seamless. I have a zoom call which we reviewed my scans and we decided on an approach, then booked a date for removal. The removal itself was quick, and recovery was smooth, I had hardly any swelling and was back to work in 2 days. I had pre and post infections common however the communication and helpfulness was above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend choosing Maxfac and Dr Newland enough.
Dr. Stuart was absolutely fantastic from start to finish for my wisdoms removal. I had GA for my removal of all teeth 4 and experienced zero pain for my recovery. The care and expertise of Stuart and the team was evident. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for professional, hassle-free and experienced maxfax/dental work. Thanks team!
Will never forget how Dr Hanlie made me feel so comfortable and well looked after. I have a massive phobia with anything to do with my teeth/dentist and somehow I’m so relaxed now after coming to her. She is fantastic and a true inspiration for women Dr in the dental profession!!! Would 100000000% recommend her!
Dr Hanlie and the team were amazing. Had my consult, she explained the whole process of getting all my wisdom teeth removed and as I was uninsured at the time, she provided me with plenty of detail on costs involved. She was contactable throughout my whole recovery and very understanding and helpful.
Dr Englebrecht is fantastic! Can you imagine walking out of a wisdom tooth surgery with a big smile? She and her assistant made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I think few people can say they had fun during their surgery, but I can honestly not highly recommend this practice.
I've just finished a course of treatment of mandibular advancement and wisdom teeth removal with Dr Newland and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Pre-op, he explained the procedures in an easily comprehensible manner and patiently answered my endless questions. The post-op treatment was also exemplary. Dr Newland was available personally by phone 24/7 in case of an emergency, which I fortunately did not need as my surgery went so smoothly. Throughout, I trusted him completely due to his warmth, empathy and professionalism. I also want to address a 1-star review left by another patient. 45 minutes is not an usual waiting time for medical experts in my experience with specialists in multiple fields, and Stuart is worth the wait due to the personalised, meticulous attention he shows to patients. In my opinion, the reviewer also failed to grasp Dr Newland's sense of humour, which helps ease anxieties inherent in this kind of treatment. The "no empathy whatsoever" charge could not be more off-the-mark in my experience. Friends and family who have been treated by him were equally impressed.
Dr Hanlie was great from the start! From meeting with her about my wisdom teeth to performing the surgery to the after care she was amazing! Got my teeth out within a week of meeting with her and my recovery was great! Couldn't reccommend her more!
