I've been a client of Kim's for over 7 years and really enjoy visiting her and her team in Hawthorn. They always look after me and make the experience as good as can be expected for a dentist ☺️! I've had some major work done over this time and Kim has made the process and follow ups very easy. I would recommend Kim to anyone who is after a very professional dentist and one that loves her travel as much as I do! It makes conversations very easy!

I first started coming to Dr Kim over 7 years ago, after long gaps in my dental visits. Dr Kim took great care to not only assess my teeth and come up with a plan to get me back to full dental health, but she also took time to understand my fear of dental visits. Dr Kim put a number of things in place to make me as comfortable as possible all of which were very effective. I cannot reccomend Dr Kim and her team highly enough if you are looking for a caring, sympathetic, and gentle dentist.

The best dental experience I have had for some time. I travelled from regional Victoria as my former dentist had retired and I could not find another of the same calibre. Dr Kim McLachlan was exceptional! Dr Kim took the time to listen and followed up with high quality care and treatment. My treatment plan is now in place with a health professional I trust completely.

Very impressed with the service received by the Gentle Dental team. Dr. Kim checked throughout the entire process to make sure I was at maximum comfort and as little pain as possible. She was very thorough and has given me great maintenance advice and prevention techniques to add to my daily routine. 5/5 would recommend and will be back for regular check ups.

If attending the Dentist is something you keep putting off, and I did for longer than I should have, I suggest you try Gentle Dental. From the moment I sat in the chair I was given a full appraisal and plan for the necessary corrective work my teeth needed. Dr Kim McLachlan and the staff are excellent. I now ensure our adult children also attend this dentist.
