You coming out to see us was a major factor with us going with Mawdsley Building Designs as you took the time to go over all of our options and there were many, but by the end of our meeting you understood what it was we wanted to achieve. Jess drew the plans and arranged the approvals for our pergola. He listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to offer recommendations which we took on board. Jess was friendly and professional and communicated with us in a timely manner. We highly recommend Mawdsley Building Designs and will go back for future plans.

Asked for a quote and Mr Mawdsley was very rude & condescending. He had a very bad attitude, was not friendly to deal with and I would not recommend using this service.
