The most friendly, easily approachable and skilled Draftsman group out there. You can tell Troy really cares about not only his designs, but his clients as well. He is open to all ideas and really takes your input on-board and works it into something incredible. I have now used Troy for two separate home designs and both times it was a smooth, easy process and the end result was better than I could have ever hoped. Cannot recommend Dawes Design enough!

Troy Dawes has been an absolute please to deal with on both our home build and extension we did over the past 4 years . He has gone through every step of the process from concept for the original build through to the extension. Everything fits perfectly looks like one build with the extension. We have no hesitation in recommending Troy  as he is professional, precise and never to much trouble to change or go through any changes we had.
