We provide low cost efficient professional conveyancing to the whole community.
The director is Sheree Corbyn who is a fully Licenced conveyancer and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Sheree has been in the Conveyancing industry for many years and has a broad range of knowledge.

I engaged Matilda Conveyancing Services to purchase a property in Dandenong during the time of Covid. I've never met them face to face but that was okay! We did everything online. They always picked up my calls and I was impressed by their professionalism. They were very fast and responsive.  Highly recommended for someone who is new to the property market.

I had an awful experience with this firm. From the director to the staff member I dealt with. Very rude, condescending and arrogant. Lacks in communication and professionalism. Quoted a price of $900 and charged me $400 more. Strongly recommend shopping around before you sign up with these people. Extremely poor service!

Sheree has been a client of mine for some time so l looked to her when purchasing my first property. There were multiple issues with the conveyancer on the other side but Sheree was always prompt and did her best despite all the issues on the other end.  Anyone can do a good job when it's easy but when it's hard and you still do a good job thats the mark of excellence.

The team at Matilda Conveyancing are amazing. They are a great support for anyone selling or buying.
