Without a doubt the most unprofessional and incompetent conveyancer I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. It has taken 9 months just to get a settlement done. Even though it took 9 months, somehow or other they still did not have the time to provide us with the disbursement of funds prior to settlement. They knew we were desperate to have this settled as it was part of a deceased estate (so only really re financed the mortgage (with extra funds to settle the estate) and transferred the tile) they had the excess funds transferred in their trust account instead of as they were instructed, in to the estate account. 6 days later, we are still waiting for official notification of disbursements and the return of our excess funds!!!! Oh and don't bother phoning or emailing them, they never RETURN YOUR CALLS OR EMAILS NO MATTER HOW URGENT A MESSAGE YOU LEAVE THEM. When you are already dealing with grief and stress, you do not need to be dealing with such heartless and incompetent people. I believe that they are in some way amused by the level of stress they cause. Never ever an apology or a sorry for all the delays. They simply let you know after the fact that they have been on leave (multiple times) and they are very busy after all. 
But 9 months is beyond a joke. And we are still not done!!!!!

I chose this firm because they were recommended to me by a friend. I was going through a difficult divorce involving financial and custody issues. Matt Phaedonos is exceptional!!! He destroyed my x wife’s lawyers in court. He was on top of every detail. I could tell that he really cared. I got out of the marriage with more money than I expected. But after the case ended, the x wife started to make it hard for me to see the kids all over again. I called Matthew and he sorted it out for me and he didn’t charge me any extra even though he wound up doing more work than I had paid for. Very appreciative!! Very happy!!!
