Charged more than the quote. Encouraged to pay extra for wall cleaning that was unnecessary. Didn't get our bond back. The term 'bond cleaning' is misleading. Carpet had a stain that wasn't removed, had to pay someone else to come fix. Wouldn't recommend. Bond guarantee not an actual guarantee. EDIT: The response below is strange, because I was in contact with the company, and they pretty much didn't care. The 'wall' cleaning was not needed, and the scuff marks were not removed and the agent made me pay for someone else to do it. I provided a full report to Mates Rates, so the request for it hear pretends that this was not already provided.
Excellent Service. Thankyou for cleaning both our lounge suites they are like brand new.
Awful experience. Do not recommend.
