I am frustrated that the medical staff are unable to get a repeat script right and when you call it is not fixed until the next day.nPerhaps a complaints procedure may be well worth following. It is not good enough, no excuses
Last Thurs I was feeling the worst I ever had. After years of looking after others I got sick 81 felt so bad I wrapped warm coat over my pjs and went. Dr saw me in 8 minutes and was thorough and respectable which I appreciated. On the improve alone in my house but all is well. Thank you so much.When I said to Dr I can't beleive I have come like this and was told its because you are very sick.
While I know our health system is under pressure, I truly appreciate the speed in which my son was seen for urgent medical care for his dislocated knee. The nurses and Dr's where amazing. The Dr booked a follow up appt for 3 days later, then promptly booked an ultra-sound scan, ordered us a repeat script for medícation and then ensured our referral to the specialist was action quickly. While my son is waiting for this specialist appointment, I know MMC did all they can for him a very timely manner. Thank you.
have applied and paid for an online prescription almost 4 weeks ago now, have rung up 5 times for the staff to say my prescription will be ready in the afternoon, I have wasted petrol travelling to town 5 times as I live rural , false promises.nnUpdate: will no longer be attending this doctor's anymore, after today's appointment the doctor Iaughed at me and did not listen to a word I had said about my skin condition. He was hesitant on presicbring my medication, that worked for me the last time.nAfter waiting 30mins for my appointment, it turned out to only be 5mins, session that I paid 42$ for. I literally had to argue with him because i only come in to be prescribed somthint I had already paid for online,. Messed up my prescription when I went to go pick it up from my pharmacy, turned out it was expired and he did not send them through an updated one.
