Great service. I was helped promptly and treated very well. My ears were suctioned with the utmost care. Shirley was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Got my report for my doctor soon after I was there. Surgery very neat and clean. Experience was most pleasant.
After having my hearing tested and my devices tuned to my needs by these people, I can hear much better than I have in some time. Only 3 weeks prior, I had paid one of the largest franchised companies to do the same, with dismal results. Their attitude had been that as I hadn't purchased the hearing aids from them, they couldn't care less, even though I paid $178 for them to do so. I had to go back again the next day to have them do it again, as the devices were worse than before Hearing Consultants tested my hearing in a soundproof room the previous aompany did not and charged $95. They are courteous and professional, and their mantra seems to be "service before profit"

Jan at Hearing Consultants Masterton was able to offer a full comprehensive hearing assessment. She listened to my needs and provided on trial, rechargeable hearing aids which were blue toothed to my phone and TV. The app.on the phone meant I could customize my hearing aid programme for each ear. The hearing aids meant I could cope in noisy restaurant environments and also provided clarity of speech at meetings and social functions.
My mother had to get a quick appointment to have her ears unblocked prior to flying back to the UK. They were great, very quick and efficient. Nurse Geraldine was friendly and professional.
You need to book in advance at this busy place. Nice staff and very highly trained. I had my ear wax sucked out and can hear beter now
