My experience was awesome no problem with filling, though now have an abscess but looking forward to going back and getting this sorted. My only down turn for me is the prices of every dental clinics are too high!!

I was never able to experience the dentist there so I cannot rate the dentist but only the receptionist or administrative staff who was totally unethical and discriminatory. I do not recommend this clinic because of the staff, not the dentist per se. I wish to make this comment about Kiwi professionals, not others- there seems to be a lack of ethics and moral conduct when it comes to treating customers esp those who are in a state of emergency- negligence is common in NZ because situations can be conducted unprofessionally and with personal discrimination as that is what I experienced with the receptionist here- there seems to be no monitoring when discrimination happens and therefore it happens when it should not. The receptionist cancelled my appointment out of discrimination nothing else when I was in a state of emergency and needed to be seen soon. If this clinic allows such a person to work for them with low moral and ethics, then they should not be doing business in New Zealand. Lack of skill and training about how to handle complex cases with patients is the problem at this clinic. The front desk should not be allowed to have power to pick and choose what patients can or can't be seem at their clinic based on a personal prejudice or fear of dealing with a complex situation alone.. Many Kiwi people and those in the Auckland area are prejudice toward "others", and this is just one business that allows their staff to be but should not- they lost my business for life and could have made a lot of money off me if I was their client to be frank. But as most Kiwis have an issue with lack of customer service competency as is the situation here. Prejudices cause them to lose money. Narcissistic people do not care.

My wife went there after broken root canal tooth and needed two small fillings for 2 teeth. The dentist did 2 simple fillings and my wife felt so uncomfortable because the filling was high and caused grinding of top and bottom tooth. My wife again went next day and explained the situation to them bt still da dentist couldnt find the high points after grinding at the wrong places for 2 hrs. Than another dentist -priya came to her rescue and immediately found the high point and fixed da problem. She has 10yrs experience and was very helpful. The previous dentist used to practice in canada and india and is totally hopeless n rude at times. The dentist and assistants dont even knw how to use their equipements properly. While suctioning dey spilled water all over my wifes face n clothes. The dentist also is not gentle, hits on the front teeth with her equipement. After this priya asked my wife to see a specialist regarding broken root canal tooth whereas the inexperienced dentist had told my wife dat she will repair n do crowning herslf. Luckily my wife is saved. The receptionists even are rude n hopeless. I advised Ple tO Go To an EXPErienced dentist at all times to avoid more damage to ur teeth.

I was treated with a lot of respect from the whole team at Papatoetoe branch. Went for first time for a wisdom tooth extraction with gum infection feeling very weak but the whole team took care of me. Big thanks to main dentist Dr Priya, you were awesome!!! Definitely going back again when needed. Thank you team 🙏🏻👍🏻 Avi Sahay
