Ok, so funnily enough I had a similar experience to the other review.   Absolutely shocking customer service.   First time going into this store, and it will be my last.   Went in to redeem a small prize on my Lotto ticket.   I could tell the guy was grumpy straight away by his body language and his disgruntled greeting.  He served me as fast as he could like I was an inconvenience.   I had a query about my winning ticket, and he  was so blunt with his reply.  I went back in to ask him something else, even though I was reluctant to.  Big mistake.   Before I even asked the question, he started ranting and raving at me, partly in his native language Chinese? which is incredibly rude.   I told him to calm down and wait for me to ask my question, because he was assuming wrongly.   I told him not to be so rude to customers.    This guy should not be in a frontline customer service role in my opinion.

Goated dairy owner this dude is the real mvp most down to earth person I know, has sold so many winning lotto i tickets it’s hard to keep track of.

Rude owner. I went to to store to redeem the cash from my lottery ticket. The owner checked the ticket, opened the till to take the cash, threw them onto the counter and leave without saying anything. I am still confusing about what did I do to get treated like that.

Best dairy in town owners are very kind
