First time here.  Shop is clean and tidy.

I have been using NJK's online grocery shopping service for over 1.5 years. Their ordering logistic is very efficient, the website is easy to use. Orders are delivered very accurately and any discrepancies are refunded automatically to the account. The team is very helpful and friendly. I recommend their service.

Amazing delivery service!! All items were meticulously and carefully packed. Love how I get to have my groceries delivered literally the next day, and have a tracker for it as well. Delivered as per Covid19 level 2.5 alert, no contact delivery. Quick and easy, can't ask for a better service. Have become a regular customer now : Thanks NJK Asian supermarket!

Great and fast service. I placed an order in the morning which I received in the afternoon on the same day. Really pleased with their service. Frozen food is well packed. Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure about purchasing from the website because it was a little slow and hard to read...BUT  I had the biggest craving for mochi and I couldn't find it anywhere in NZ online and I didn't want to drive two hours to Christchurch to get some.  I ordered forty dollars worth of product brands I have never heard of on Monday. Postage was twenty dollars on top, a little pricey I thought. BUT looking at my order later I saw I had ordered some frozen goods as well....I wasn't sure  how these perishables would arrive but I kept my fingers crossed.  Thursday morning and my package arrives, it's bigger than I thought, and inside along with  everything I ordered was a cute little cooling packet trying to keep my frozen item cold. It wasn't frozen, but it was cool and better than I expected for ordering frozen in the mail to the bottom of the South Island.  I got all my products safe and sound and the service was excellent, I will buy plenty more because their range is excellent and their service was better than I hoped.  Thank you for your amazing selection of soft, tasty mochi!

Wonderful selection of quality produce and foods. We enjoyed getting our supplies from them during lockdowns and everything is carefully packaged and delivered with great care.

Deliver in time, frozen food is very well packed. The shop has given the customer face masks and a heartwarming card. Wish everyone take care and stay safe.

Ordered online 4 times, failed to follow delivery instructions twice. When I called to complain, there was no ownership of responsibilities or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused to the customer.

Ordered with my flat mate 6 days ago but still haven’t received the order and you can’t really reach them as there’s no one answering. I understand it is a special period but if you can’t cope with large amount of orders, you should let people know or stop taking new orders.
