Chicken is juicy and delicious, great sides also. Ham macaroni was our crowd favourite. Hard to pick a fault especially with the fantastic service they provide. Family run business that extend the family feels to customers. Great place.

First time visiting and we were very impressed. Great service and great range of food. We ordered the chili chicken burger and they were sooo good! So fresh and tasty! We’ll definitely visit again.

Everything is delicious at the Mascot Charcoal Chicken shop! from delicious juicy, succulent chickens, to awesome hearty burgers to authentic Greek dishes like Moussaka, Pastitsio and delicious salads and so much more. They cater to all your tastebuds! Perfect when you don't feel like cooking or need to cater for a large group. Love the team, they are the heart of the Mascot community! They feel like family!
Waited at front counter was ignored completely by staff just looking at me. One man walked in next to me and was served instantly. He did not speak or anything but server talked to him but she ignored me for at least 6 minutes.. How was I completely ignored and looking at staff waiting for service. Very easy to say hello to a customer standing directly at the register.
My absolute favourite place to eat! can’t tell what’s better the food or the staff, love them will definitely be back tomorrow! Evette is so lovely and very helpful always 10/10
