I arrived at the drive thru, I’m a regular here, it’s always good, and the Indian twins are the best, anyway I arrive to order two 3 piece boxes just to be told there is a 13min wait on chicken! So I wait, after returning to work it’s obvious that I had being given older chicken with new piece’s because the old chicken was dry and cold, seriously next time I go I’ll be letting them know

Can you imagine stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes? You can’t exit because there is only one lane. This is the nightmare. Waiting 30minutes for fast food. Seriously?Recommended dishesZinger

The manager who was working on Monday night 24 April is so responsible towards their customers.  Before I ordered food from them and didn’t get the right portion. The same manager talked with me and called me for claim. I went there after more than a week but he still looks happy to help me out.

After upgrading the decoration, Drive through is much lower than before. Dine in is slow as well. The main problem is lack of staffs. Even though they set up some self - order machine , they won't help staff to cook the food . Please please please hire more staff working in this KFC. I am now sitting in my car waiting for the drive through for at least 30mins.

Really friendly staff, food was delicious! But the dining room was really dirty. Greasy tables and the baby high chairs look like they've never been cleaned. They need a good scrub and a hose down!!Food: 5/5

I was taxi driver ,have eaten in many KFC, but domestic air the best , they should have standards even the drinks are at right temperature.

Pretty much always have good chicken - fresh, juicy and crispy skin - just the way it should be. Burgers are great and if you’re not into mayo like me, ask them to swap out for their hot sauce. Similar to burgers from the USA chicken burger chain Popeye.

Zinger BURGER is disgusting you bite into the chicken breast and it's like biting into a rubber frisby it's hard and DOESN'T feel cooked they need a QUALITY control auditor for the chicken SUPPLY I was concerned to SAY the least! THIS is not a good franchise location! Mcdonalds fresher

This KFC is our favourite choice as the food quality is consistent. We have ordered many times and so far no missing pieces unlike other branches.

Service was poor. Counter works are rude and can't even give you a smile. The young lady who calls out who meal are ready can't pronounce people's names properly and then blames customer for not listening. All three young ladies are rude and condescending.Service: 1/5
