What an amazing hospital! My son had his tonsils out, we stayed overnight and all staff were very lovely and accommodating. Checking up every few hours post surgery.nnThe coffee barrister forgot his name was a highlight, my son thought he was very nice and made the best milkshakes!nnThank you Masada team!
To the Early Parenting Centre, I would like to say a big thank you for the support I received. The team are tremendous and a good mix of skills and personalities. Yes, sleep training is difficult, however you must incorporate trust, discipline and perseverance in your approach as a parent. Special thanks to Caroline, Jamie, Tahli and Laura for your encouragement and support.
Be very careful not to send your little one to sleep training here. Their emotionally well being will be absolutely destroyed. You think they stop crying because they are sleeping - they are actually not. They stopped crying because they learned that their cries don't matter, that no one would come. So they stop making sounds to preserve their energy. Their behaviour will change for the worse and they will not want to look you in the eye and will stop being happy. It's a lie being sold to you that it is good for them. While I was there I could not sleep at all due to all of the babies crying non stop. Such cruelty. The staff are just doing what they are told to tell you but really, could you really sleep at night knowing that your little one is hurting? Also they give sleeping pills to parents so the parents fall in to a really deep sleep so they can't hear the baby's cries. It's torture to the baby who cannot fend for him/herself. But the hospital will not stop that because you hand over so much $$ for the stay.
I was lucky enough to be sent to Masada for rehab after a major operation on my foot and spent some 5 weeks there.nThe staff Nurses, Rehab, Doctors and Welfare were just outstanding the food was lovely and your care in general was utmost on their minds.nThank you Masada and all who work there.
4th JulynDay surgery- from the time I was admitted to the time I was discharged.nLovely receptionist, Ben , Lisa and the team were outstanding! Their kindness, empathy and professionalism towards me and other patients.nAbsolutely highly recommend this hospital.nThe hospital is wonderful because of their staff!
