Had my gut Nissan patrol booked in to be fixed. Got a phone call 2 days before it was due to be repaired after waiting 3 weeks to get it in only to be told he does not want to fix it because they can't be bothered. I do not recommend you take any vehicle to them especially at the prices they charge.

Trade - in and bought  excellent value ,staff very accommodating

Big thank you for doing what Ballarat Holden weren't prepared to do. Will be coming back regularly now I've found a place that listens to all my concerns.

Car went in for a service. They broke a part.  They did what they said they would do and replaced the part. The service manager was great considering he took it over halfway through and knew little about it. Great customer service in the end.

I had my car serviced at Maryborough Toyota. The technicians done and excellent job, the front of house staff Joel and Adrian were friendly and easy to deal with. They washed, vacuumed and even cleaned the windows of my car! If you need honest and fair price service, go and see them, they will go out their way to help you!

I just called the service department at Maryborough Vic Toyota and had a very disappointing telephone call.  I have a Toyota Prado diesel that is suffering from strange overheating issue.  I have had the whole cooling system replaced and yet it will still overheat, so in total iv spent a few thousands trying to rectify the problem without a solution.  I called the Toyota Service department and was advised they would not comment what so ever unless I paid them to book an appointment!  I then stated that all I wanted was advise then the guy couldn't get me off the phone quickly enough, I then said I was going to leave a review, he said okay no problems.  I still have a overheating "Toyota" and now have to drive it to either Ballarat or Bendigo to have it seen.  Thanks for the advise.

Highly recommend Maryborough Toyota they went above and beyond to help me after I walked in with no appointment needing two brackets on the window for the wind visor after two had been lost I have an older model car a RAV 4 but they still helped me immediately fantastic service and very happy.
