Pictured is Mary's burger, as simple as this burger was, it had full flavour. Probably one of the best bacon I've had in any burger at this point, but I do like my bacon more on the crispy side. Joint inside is pretty small, basically a stand and eat. But plenty of room in the park across the road. Would be back here to try something else like a double patty burger.
Really enjoyed the burger . I tried the Mary signature. The burger was so soft, crunchy and meaty at the same time. Its just melts in your mouth. Every bite was a thrill for taste buds soo tasty The chips were freshly fried to perfection. Thin cuts huge quantity The place got great vibes as the music is so funky and energetic. Beside that the staff is so professional and kind, they treat you really well especially Mr Blake HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
$16.75 with no chips. The cheese was undersized, the burger was small and the meat wasn't well seasoned. Talk about a disappointment. Will not be back! Wheelchair accessibility: Level with pavement, no gutters or stairs
Fantastic spot to grab a quick burger & chips to go. 2 mins walk from Hyde Park, so excellent for lunch or dinner in the park. Precious little seating, as it's almost a hole-in-the-wall shop, but the food is just as great as at other Mary's Burgers restaurants, they can make anything on the menu vegan as with all Mary's places, & the staff are SUPER friendly!! Love their work! Vegetarian options: All menu items can be made vegan on request. This is a fabulous offer for any restaurant & I am VERY pro-this.
Mary’s set the standard when it opened and they haven’t really slipped since then. Consistently excellent burgers. However, prices seem to have increased faster than other equivalent places, and the way you kinda walk into a cloud of meat grease as you approach the CBD venue is offputting. I don’t mind that I’m eating a greasy burger, but you don’t have to literally rub it in my face. Must be unhealthy for the staff, too.
In a little alcove on Castlereagh Street in the Sydney CBD. Blink whilst walking past and you just might miss it. Has the original Mary's burger with the special sauce; accompanied with crispy shoe strong fries. Great service, great food with a fun atmosphere. Great to order here and then a quiet meal sitting on the bench or steps in Hyde Park on a nice day.
Looking for something close to our hotel. Was quick and interesting. Food tasted fine, but you don't want to see the staff sneezing into hands and washing his hands. Eating fries and licking his fingers and again not washing his hands Something you don't know when using Uber Eats Food: 3/5
Didn't get the name of the man who serves us bit I was having a bad day and he may my night better. Absolutely fabulous service. He was really great discussing vegan and child friendly options. Food was great. Excellent price and just around the corner from park! Vegetarian options: Most things can be made vegan Kid-friendliness: Children options on request Dietary restrictions: Vegan options
Ordered a chicken burger and beef burger, both as combos with fries and a drink. Also ordered the chilli sauce. Didn't realise that there was a similar offer on the board which also included extra chicken pieces but wasn't offered or informed of it when ordering which would have been pretty much the same price as the 2 burger combos. This is a order and go kind of place. Nowhere to sit unless you want to eat your food on the table benches just inside the doors. The burgers were melt in your mouth and quite oily. The chicken and meat portions are quite thin compared similar burger places. The chicken coating had a good crunch to it but the oiliness of the burger and super soft milk bun kinda ruined the experience for me. The chilli sauce was incredibly watered down and tasted like a typical Tabasco sauce. Aside from the punny menu item names, I probably won't come back.
Staff is always friendly and engaging, and the food is always amazing. Highly recommend the fried chicken and the Mary's burger. Add trashcan bacon for extra goodness.Food: 5/5
