Grill'd Healthy Burgers

Ordered a single serve of sweet potato fries. It's meant to be a little smaller than a share pack... you get 5 small chips in a tiny paper cup. Thats $1 a chip. Total rip off! Added picture size comparison against oporto chips.

Good quality food friendly staff the location is easy to access with free parking under cover - walking distance easy to order on the table by scanning and apple payment on the phone very convenient for contact concerned or in rush guests lots of options to build your own burger Gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free options including low carb buns! Quite innovative AI ordering system I tried their other branches and were happy with the food quality The herbed mayo is so so but the chipotle mayo worth the $1.20 charge, and if you build your own burger you get to add fresh basil option which I thought was great and never have I ever had that on my burger but this time with fresh tomatoes, it worked! The onion ring were kind of sad, a bit greasy on the salty end! I’ll go back through.

Good quality burgers bursting with flavour and lovely sides options. Zucchini chips are a must try but can be a bit oily. Wait time was a bit long for my liking but the quality of the burger made up for it.

The manager larger female with glasses needs to learn some customer service skills and also needs to learn some basic knowledge about the food they serve. Asked the waitress if the meats are halal who turned around to ask the manager who very rudely said "no!". We'll turns out they are halal sourced according to their website!

Lovely friendly girl that greeted us and answered my questions about gluten free options. Food came out quick. Wasn't keen on the chips with herbs....would be so much nicer without the herbs

Grill’d Rouse Hill has a great atmosphere, consistently delivering good quality burgers. However, a particular staff member on duty last night ~8:15PM at the entry chose to greet our party of five with attitude. We did not have a booking and expressed how it was no fuss where we were to be seated plenty of seats outdoor. He proceeded to explain that he could not seat us indoors, which we happily replied with to be seated outdoor wherever available. We spotted a 4 seater table and questioned if we could sit there. He replied with a heavily sarcastic/exasperated “I wouldn’t know, I haven’t been outside” and a fierce look on his face. We’ve all had a hard day/week, mate. Don’t take out your frustrations on those around you. Let’s be kind to one another. We’ve all had to face unfortunate circumstances at work/in life, whether it be incompetent colleagues, large work load, difficult clients, personal life issues etc. we did not choose to greet you with negativity, so pull yourself together and be kind to each other.

The staff are super super friendly and genuine. Food is great as usual. The burgers and chips are nice. I like the ambience of the restaurant. It was easy to get seats. I found that the staff check up on you and they are really down to earth. I highly recommend.

Located at Rouse Hill shopping Center. staffs of Grill’d are friendly. Ordering was easier which you can do by scanning QR code or from counter. A lot of seating arrangements but during the weekends and peak hour fills up quickly. Their food is tasty. Parking : Available at the basement car park.

Food is good, not much to complain there. After ordering using the QR code, the drink came promptly, except not for the kid. She was thirsty and we asked if he could bring the ordered kids drink please. Said sure, but did not. We asked three times, the same outcome. The drink came with the rest of the food. Music was unnecessarily loud, just why, I would like to have a conversation with my family too. Not that it was good music either.. How about something more relaxed,? overall experience was 3 stars if I'm being generous..
