I called and advised the parts would not be dispatched until Tuesday next week. Today is Friday. No solutions or assistance. Very poor service, considering the amount of $$ we spend with this supplier.nnWe have a trailer stuck in the middle of the road and could’ve done with the parts :
I required jockey wheel only , sales person knew exactly what I needed excellent service and price, well done.
Last time I go back to place, sick some of the rude condescending A holes that work at this joint. One time I bought full axle and spring set up and was served by the rude older tall bald headed git , had to carry it all to car by myself, 4 trips through a glass door which you have open as well. Last week I was served by an older short D head who would rather send me to Osborne park than order something in for me. When pressed to find out a price for the items, he came back, told me the price plus freight. When asked how much was freight, he annoyingly replied “I don’t know”. I told him to forget about it and walked out. I also remember talking to someone called John on the phone a few months ago who was also one of the gits I have had to deal with. On a positive note Shane and Brenton have been very helpful when I have talked to to them on the phone, unfortunately you don’t often get the same person when you go in. I will be going to Mullins from now on. I have been fixing trailers/floats for a while now and I also work at a well known auto parts store and have actually been sending customers MT for parts we don’t do. Not ANYMORE!
As others have said. Great range of parts and the guys on the phone are very helpful.nPity the same can not be said when actually going to the counter at the Bassendean branch.nKind of dismissive and not very interested, not particularly impressed after such good phone service.nCould not be less interested when I told him that I could get it cheaper direct from the manufacturer.nAfter the could not give 2 F's attitude I bought it online direct, was cheaper even with the shipping. Go figure.
