Never knew this place existed. Called Nurse on call & they sent me a link to Maroondah Urgent Care Clinic. Went down without an appointment & was seen straight away. The care I received from nurse Angela was fantastic very caring. Doctor forgot her name was very caring also. I have saved their number in my phone highly recommend. In the end I did visit the hospital for X-rays.
We had to take our son to Maroondah Urgent Care after he accidentally got hand sanitiser in his eyes. As a parent, it was a stressful situation, but the nurse and doctor were absolutely amazing. They acted quickly, thoroughly checking his eyes to make sure there was no damage. They were so kind and reassuring, not only to my son but also to us, making sure we had peace of mind. The staff’s professionalism and care turned a worrying experience into one where we felt truly supported. We are incredibly grateful for their help!
I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and understanding during a stressful situation. My little girl fractured her hand, and we walked in without an appointment, worried about how long we’d have to wait. To our relief, the team was incredibly compassionate and efficient. They took care of her right away, ensuring she felt comfortable and safe throughout the process.nnThe staff’s professionalism and empathy made a world of difference during such a challenging time. To the greeter at reception to the lovely nurse Cathy and Doctor Michael thank you for stitching me up literally the place to go for non emergency medical treatment 4 stitches in my thumb in and out within àn hour.
Wonderful to have after hours facility. Dr & reception excellent. Very lucky i didn't have to wait long. Only suggestion - please answer the phone close to the closing time. Was on hold for ten minutes as i needed to ask a question relating to the medication given but was on hold for 10 minutes. I know you may not want another patient before you go home however it would be great if you could complete your care until then.
