Great service, got in to see the doctor very quickly, and the staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel calm and at ease about my injury. Highly recommend this clinic.
I had the best experience at Urgent Care Medical Center in Bayswater on Saturday — it was my first time visiting this clinic, and I was truly impressed.nnThe reception was absolutely amazing! The lady at the front desk was so lovely, caring, and polite to everyone who walked in. Even when others came in asking different questions, she handled everything so kindly and professionally.nnThe nurse was also wonderful — very gentle and great with children. My little one can be quite fussy around new people, but the nurse communicated with her so nicely and made her feel comfortable.nnThe doctors were nice too, and overall, the whole visit was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic for their kindness and great service!
The receptionist and nurse were extremely helpful and the doctor kindly squeezed me in as I arrived as a walk in when they were at full capacity for the evening. The doctor was very efficient and compassionate. I left with a much needed prescription for the beginnings of a kidney infection, the sample was sent to the lab for further testing and my GP has been informed and will receive the results. What a fabulous community service.
My call was answered effectively and managed well for my appointment as new patient in weenkend. SMS online form made it easy for first visit. The receptionist was pleasant with a good help. The doctor well explained to my health condition and acted promptly. The centre was also well presented and cleaned. I was impressed that my health condition had been looked after especially on Sunday late evening due to unexpected happens. Thanks for your caring M3 Health!
Having had an accident I was advised to go to Maroondah Medical Urgent Care clinic. I arrived a little early and I was greeted by a really lovely friendly lady named Tania. She treated me with so much respect and took me down to the treatment room right away……her lovely friendly manner certainly put me at ease……Andrew, the doctor came in right away and I was seen to right away, he was extremely considerate and gentle whilst tending to my needs……I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort and I am very grateful for the way I was looked after…..thank you both very much….
