Long wait for a small coffee (only one size), for the price or a large ($4.50), despite a small army behind the counter. None of this army were tasked with putting a top on takeaway coffees, and when I asked where I could find one I was brusquely informed “at either exit” by one of the 5 counter staff. They’re clearly very proud of themselves and their dedication to coffee here. A little of that attention paid to service and the people on the other side of the counter would go a long way. Coffee was good. Not as spectacular as the efforts of the army might have you anticipating.

Just paid $9.10 for a long black half filled 8oz because they didn't have soy and a flat white.Bad weak coffee.So many coffee markers and such average coffee.The only reason I gave them one star is because of the nice man that served us.Would not recommend this place as a good Melbourne coffee place.

Despite all their coffee making paraphernalia, and all their WE KNOW COFFEE vibe, the coffee just isn’t worth $4.80. It was $4.50 until recently. And sometimes you do get a good cup. But more often than not the offering is only passable at best.

Maybe a big visual on the door of a person sucking a cow's teet would be enough warning to potential customers that they don’t need to speak to the haughty staff to find out that this establishment does not deal in banalities other than coffee and cow's milk. Oh, don't even dare ask for soy and hot chocolate in the same breath, how dare you, you pleb!

May I know where is my skinny latte please? Skinny milk is not served at this joint where it’s a place to be seen and to see people. Located in a corner of the upmarket Prahran Market, this is a coffee joint that one should experience in their coffee escapade. Extremely friendly staff greet you with enthusiasm and you will love the caffeine attacking your sensory palate.
