I hear this place is closing in January. It's pretty run down. Kids were happy enough to play a game of bowling though.
Look, they tried. But it just wasn't fun for us. Lots of mechanical failures in the lanes, even once they moved us. Small selection of house balls meant we had to use balls unsuited to us. The claw machines were stocked properly and some of the tokens didn't work in them. The staff we interacted with were good but also seemed exhausted at all this, understandably. This wasn't good value for us.
Was pretty quiet on a Friday night. The person at the desk was lovely. Gave my partner and I a lane down the end away from the large group of kids in the middle.
Very disapointing made a booking for myself and kids to a two games . 1st our lane provided was very filthy with a large ammount sand prob from previous players shoes ewww all over the floor making it very slippery also food wrappers left all over seating so i resquesed it to be cleaned or changed to other lane as there were plenty avalible. Then during the game our lane malfunctioned twice needing the worker to reset the game. Paid for two games to be played. On our second game half way throu suddenly the lane didn't reset and froze? So I once again told the workers but now i was told nothing they could do it was not fixable ?? So I asked if i could then have just a few 2 doller coins so i can distract my ASD son who is 4 and was having a melt down cause he was unable to complete his game which i was told while they looked down at my distressed son they proceed to laugh ?? And said no we won't be doing that. We don't supply any refunds especially for kids having tantrums.. I was taking back by this teenager making fun of my ASD CHILD whos fave thing recently was is bowling as this would of been his 3rd time 2nd time at this place. 1st time my son was allowed to wear his own shoes slippers due to sensory and at other places its allowed this tine was told no. But I ignored that as it was the first statement which was put in a rude manner towards us and it was my son's birthday so i wasn't going to let this ruin his day then the constant lane malfunctions to them not being able to finish the game to then be mocked and my son laughed at on his birthday was the most disgusting thing I have every experienced. We have never returend and not return until the staff learn manners -how to function the lanes correctly- clean up the lanes they are responsible for - be accountable for there malfunctions and reimburse the customers money for games unable to play due to their fault and learn how to treat children and their family that have needs with a heck of a lot more empathy and respect
Good school holiday fun bowling. Watch out for the token machine though. The internet drops out while your making a payment, and it cancels the transaction and no tokens are given. But check your bank account as you may still get charged like I did. There is a number on the machine to call, which I did, and the guy was good and later that day, I got my money back.
Was at a booked party and they ran out of food for the platters that were ordered. Waited 40 min for hot chips and didn’t get the drink that I had ordered. No, knife for the cake that they supply. Very unorganised and won’t be having a kids party there again.
My kids ages 6 and 7 played a game of bowling and arcade games which they found fun and entertaining. The place itself is dated and felt dirty - it could do with a renovation. The kids didn't seem to notice and thought it was a fun entertaining place. When shopping at Westfield and if I want to treat the kids I would probably go again. The prices are reasonable too.
The balls got stuck down there every time. Kept us fit having to go over to the desk and tell them each time . Suggest fixing lane 1 and 2 at the carpark end . The people next to us experienced the same. We still had fun , but a bit frustrating.
Great party for my child great food staff excellent. Sorry to hear closing down
Amazing service and friendly staff. It's very sad that this place is closing down.
