This place is great because they hire great people, everyone we interacted with, from the barista to the lovely girls handing out the bowling shoes to the kids, were amazing: polite, helpful and dedicated. The whole place is well kept and surprisingly clean when you consider the number of children running havoc. Good food and very reasonably priced, delicious coffee too.

I used to love this place when I was little. Lots of nostalgia and it's still great fun! What a way to get the family together or do something different with friends.

Zone bowling Cross Roads. So much fun with my family. Bruce a bit sad  bit lonely left alone for quite a while. He soon bounced back when the front door opened! I know this is about 10 pin bowling but I love my dog and that is all. Oops. Forgot about the  Fam team kids supporting me. With .

After having my daughters 8th birthday party at Zone Bowling I have nothing but great things to say about the team work and effort shown towards us on the day. The party hosts were friendly and so helpful going above and beyond to ensure that not only my daughter was happy but also making sure that I had time to enjoy the party. I was very impressed with the party hosts they were amazing they made an effort to get to know the children during the party and even taking note of which children wanted which part of the cake to ensuring that all dietary needs of the guests were met without hassle. Another thing the standard of the food was really good having the healthy options of good quality fruit and sandwiches. Thank you so much for a great day Zone!

Easiest kids party we’ve had. Zoe was awesome and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the party stress free. Party package includes so much and is great value. Kids had a ball and they serve wine and beers for the adults so ticks all the boxes

Great experience, atmosphere, ample parking, yummy food and choices for the kids. Ollie was our party host. What an amazing person and host he is. All kids and parents were appreciative of the way he was managing everything, so diligent and nice. He took care of everything from the time we stepped in till the time we left. Food was great, activities were great and all the kids went home happy. What else one wants from the birthday party.

Staff definitely going through the motions tonight - very lacklustre - no warm welcome - told us we were on lane 19 then lane 26 then lane 7 after having to enquire again and again. Tried the £10 dollar milkshakes but presume they had to milk the cow first as it took 20 minutes to arrive. Played games in arcade but without warning they just turned all the power off and we were just starting a game. Feels like we didn’t really get value for money and if the staff can’t be bothered to smile or engage customers then the management should shut New Year’s Day as can only presume they were all working with hangovers. Shame as the set up is designed well but more training needed for customer facing staff

I have really enjoyed this place… this is my go to place on weekends… spacious…party place for kids birthday…. So many games for all ages of kids… nice cafe… and the staff is so friendly…. So al in all .. highly recommended….

We celebrated our son’s birthday party & we had a great time. Awesome place with delicious food. Too many gaming options for kids. Our party organiser April was very helpful and courteous. Many thanks to her for making it successful.
