In March 2022 I asked Maria to coach me through to the NZ Masters Games in February 2023 where I wanted to bring home a medal from Indoor Rowing in the 70 - 80 year age category. The result was two Golds and one Silver. I definitely could not have done it without you Maria. I cursed you often but I knew I had to do the work you set me, and the results proved it. Thank you. You are awesome. We are currently working towards a NZ record next year.
I did 6 weeks with Marias App and saw results, Excercises are great and achieveable! Loved it! Highly recommend!
I have used Maria's training app for a while now and find it very easy to use. Maria is a highly experienced trainer who cares about helping all her clients achieve their personal goals with fitness and nutrition. I recently had surgery on my hip and after 3 weeks I was able to go back to the gym as Maria changed my online program so that I could exercise safely and make sure that my rehab was going smoothly. It was frustrating at times as I wanted to do more but Maria kept telling me to take it slowly. I'm so glad I listened to her as I am now feeling like I am back on track. I highly recommend Maria as a trainer.
After an initial consultation, Maria created a programme for me that is tailored specifically to my fitness goals. There is variation within the programme and after each workout I am provided with support and tips. I would highly recommend Maria as a personal trainer to anyone looking for dynamic workouts with great results.
I have been using Maria's training app for a few years now love it, with a new training plan put together for me every 5 weeks there is not time to get bored with them. I carry a few injuries and Maria is very good at adapting my plans to suit what my body is capable of doing. The best thing is that Maria is always there for advise whenever I need it whether it be for training or nutrition. I highly recommend Maria Clark Personal Training
Maria is motivating and inspiring. During her personal training sessions with me she pushes me to new limits where i wouldn't push myself. She's helpful and can answer all questions and gives great advice on nutrition. I have lower back problems and she trains me in ways to help my back recover and strengthen. If your looking for an awesome trainer i highly recommend having a chat with Maria.
