I have been to a number of different exercise classes and hand on heart have never been to such a welcoming, supportive and fun class. When they say no judgement and no pressure, they really mean it. I attend both the live classes as well as online and replay classes. I really enjoy the mixture of face to face classes and online as it enables me to get a workout in around whatever is going on around me at the time. Highly recommend!!
Not only do Boostfit provide classes, they also have an online community with classes via zoom and recorded that you can access 24 hours a day. This includes 'Chair Based' exercise which I found amazing after injuring my toe and not being able to take part as usual. I never really thought I would need to use it, but it has been a valuable resource and was a proper work out! Well done Boostfit for being so inclusive!

I am so glad I found boost fit . I love going to class every week. I come out feeling fantastic. The instructor make you feel relaxed. Classes are for all. Highly recommend.
