I have been a regular customer at Margo's for approx. 3 years, and have always received consistently great coffee. I work nearby and have brought many 'coffee snob' colleagues to the cafe for coffee, and they have all agreed the coffee is amazing! There are plenty of seating options inside and out, and the staff are always happy to turn on the heaters outside if requested. The staff are lovely, friendly, and accommodating when asking questions about the menu. There are always fresh muffins, croissants, foccacias and bagels available on top of their regular menu options. The food is fantastic. I highly recommend this cafe! It's easily the best in the Parkhill Complex.
Nice, bright, clean space. The staff was very nice. The coffee and meal were very tasty. Easy parking. Great variety of chocolates, too.
I have been visiting this coffee shop over 3 years now..nSome staff are really rude and arrogantnAnd never apologetic..infact they throw attitude like it comes free with the coffee..nThe owners need to train some good customer service /etiquettes to their staff.nIn fact they should learn from the Hill staff how to treat their clients..nnI was in yesterday 2nd Nov 2024 around 3ishnI always order for small coffee's,but the waitress was not paying attention when she took my order..nMy coffee was done and just sitting there..nI was waiting outside no one bothered to come out..nWhen i came to get my coffee it was a medium not a small one as i requested.nThere was no apology..nothing..nInfact i got more attitude..with 50 cents back..nIm not getting my coffee for free..im.paying money for the coffee..nIts very sad..you want to help small business..but if they dont care about their clients ..why shd the client bother..nVery disappointed..nAll good staff leave this place ..now they are left with all the ones that lack etiquettes..nWord of mouth is advertising..
Consistently great coffee and delicious food. Friendly staff and nice, relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and efficiently run cafe. We love our weekly coffee outing here, a favourite of ours for years now!nDog friendly outdoor seating with outside heaters they always turn on if asked to. Highly recommend.
Great cafe in a little shopping area, service and staff are excellent. Food and coffee great.
