Great place to stay in Bunbury snd a great experience for our first getaway as a family. Our room was perfect for two adults and a small child. Parking right outside our room which was a bonus for our extra items. A cot was available on request, beds were super comfy and the buffet breakfast was worth adding on. Service was also wonderful and everyone was super friendly. Will be staying here again the next time we are down.
Stayed at Mantra Bunbury Lighthouse and was very disappointed. The hotel appears to have had some recent refurbishment and the room was clean and tidy, however the updates are inconsistent. While some areas feel refreshed, key items such as the TV and in-room amenities are clearly old and overdue for replacement.nnThe biggest issue was noise. The bar attached to the hotel played loud music late into the night, making sleep almost impossible. This completely defeats the purpose of booking accommodation.nnWhat makes this worse is that the hotel did not appear to be full, yet we were allocated a room directly impacted by the noise. This points to poor room allocation and little regard for guest comfort.nnSleep is the most basic, non-negotiable expectation of any hotel stay. When a hotel cannot provide that, everything else becomes irrelevant.nnFor an Accor-branded property, this standard falls well short. I would not stay here again unless these issues are properly addressed.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was very central, we really appreciated that our room was on the ground floor and that we could park our car in front of our room. The room is nice but the mattresses were a bit tired. I really appreciate the lovely lady that was taking care of our room she brought us fresh towels everyday and anything else we required. We will definitely be back.
Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Great views and located close to beach. Pool was nice but at the time we stayed the spa was not working.nFree washing and drying facilities were appreciated.nComfy for our stay.nStaff were super friendly
Service on checking in was great. Location also very convenient. The room however was very average. Carpet full of stains everywhere, walls and tiled bench seat area had definitely not been cleaned in a while and the bathroom also was not pretty with grime and mould in throughout. To top it off there was the sound of a motor sporadically running all night from the ceiling vents and toilet cistern leaking. Unfortunately won’t be back.
