Have been wanting to stay here for years.nCould have been the rooms we picked twin, floor level but carpets and curtains are heavily stained and dirty looking. One room had a newer smart TV, the other an old small TV remote was missing but reception found another which was good can hear everyone and everything from the next room and the rooms abovenBathroom was clean minus someone else hair and not just from the head in the shower nGood hotel for kids thou to enjoy especially in winter with the indoor pool. Rooms do open straight out to the pool area so if visiting with little kids best to keep the sliding door locked although lock not very highnnGood mini bar set up, good parking options, good view and location and staff member who was at reception was nicenWould come back but purely for the kids to swim
Room was clean, spacious tidy and comfortable. Great to have a separate Daikin air con unit inside the roomnPool facility and right next to a lighthouse and the beach. Good for a sunset strollnHot and cold buffet Breakfast was amazing with good variety and a view. I like the bacon and poached eggsnnHowever when at night, when all lights are off, the ceiling emergency or fire alarm light is permanently on and super bright. Very difficult to sleep with the room basically illuminated…nThey need to either put a light cover or give out eye masks
Hoping that an Accor hotel would be a higher quality venue, was very disappointed. First indication it’s not a great option was the sign on the side wall was missing most of the letters. Next was a puddle in reception from the water coming through the roof. Got to our room and the window was filthy, carpet needs to be replaced. The bathroom was dirty and even my husband said he wanted to go get the cleaning trolley to clean it. Fridge has drinks in it and there is a basket on the table of goods you can buy, but no prices. The toilet flowed all night and then filled itself every 20-30seconds. Walls are paper thin and therefore very noisey. Read the reviews after I booked and wish I could have changed our booking. Very sad because the location is great and the lady on reception was lovely.
We booked 2 rooms and executive and a family room. Prices very reasonable.Although the hotel is on the old side and in need of some repairs and maintenance the stay was comfortable in saying that the overall cleanliness was below par. Beds in family room were dusty, carpets stained, and bathroom tiles dirty. Executive room was clean and comfortable. I cannot rate the staff high enough super understanding and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was nice also.

On our first night, we were generously upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the ocean, complete with an amazing spa bath. We were also welcomed with a beautiful bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our anniversary feel even more special.nnWatching the lighthouse at night made the whole experience even more magical—it was such a beautiful and peaceful part of our stay.nnThe restaurant served incredible food and catered perfectly to every need and preference, which we really appreciated.nnFor our second night, we stayed in another beautiful room overlooking the beach, with stunning views and only a very short walk to the shoreline.nnThe hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the level of customer service truly made our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back—and next time we’ll be bringing our children so they can enjoy it too.nnHighly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service.
