I don’t know how these people can sleep.  Windows don’t open.  Still cold. Not sound proof. Ruined blinds.  Damaged front wall.  Customer services very poor.   When complaint they did not come out to examine the problems Mentioned.  Further renenevation I would not recommend to any one.   T very poor workman ship.   Have condensation.  When complaint they asked me to pay £ 125 for call out after few month is work completed.  Still under warranty of 15 years as advertised.    I don’t know how people have given them 5 stars they don’t even deserve 1star   They have been suspended by Fensa not registered with ombudsman. Good reviews mainly by Muslim people may be their own workers

This is very decitful company who isn't resourceful enough to return your deposit when they can't manufacture the good you ordered and now they want me to compromise and choose an alternative.  If a company can't return your deposit then the company is not resourceful enough to trade legitimately, period! Don't part with your cash, you are better off going with a good reputable company who at least can work with you not against you!

This company was called to provide a quote, After agreeing on the quote, I was asked to pay a deposit. Within 3 days of paying a deposit, my circumstances changed and I requested to cancel the purchase, bearing in mind no work or products had been manufactured at this stage, therefore there was no real expense incurred by this company at the point of cancellation. it took a total of 6 MONTHS and over a 100 phone calls for the company to eventually agree a refund of a fraction of my initial £1000 deposit. Fast forward another 5 months, I am still waiting to receive a single penny. I have wrote to them on several occasions, and after further enquiries, it seems their address doesn't exist. I do not recommend this company to anyone. this experience has been totally disheartening and I have wasted so much of my time in just trying to get a fraction of my deposit. Avoid this company.

Avoid this company like the plague. The door was fitted incorrectly from the start with marks all over it. Company have since been out 4-5 times and still the door is fitted incorrectly. The last person who came said it was the frame that had been fitted incorrectly from the start and needed to be replaced. He tightened the fittings as there was a huge draft and water coming into property. Since then hinges have broken off the door due to poor fitting and over tightening. The door will simply not lock from the outside. I have sent video evidence to the company who now proceed to ignore me. I have also tried to call them 100s of time, they must be screening my calls as don’t answer, if they do accidentally answer I get put on hold and no one comes back to the phone. The managers simply don’t care despite receiving emails, text messages and calls from myself. I am currently seeking advice from citizens advice after finding out that although the advertise they are FENSA approved. This is only for the windows not doors. Fitters have admitted to me they can’t retain staff and half of them are not up to the job and can’t carry out the work correctly. They have numerous complaints and recall outs. Please don’t make the mistake of using this company. I wish I had done further research on this company before paying them any money.

Shame on these pple they can't call them selves  proffesional. Since iv had the windows and door put in they have not given me 1 valid receipt everytime you ring they pass you to piller and post. Once theyv gor u in they keep adding charges and they refuse to email you back or even listen to you they can't add money up yet they can add it for no reason. I don't know how they still in business they keep firing pple so they say yet they all there. They said iv got an outstanding balance yet they can't give me they mony iv given in writing my stupidity tht I trusted a certain. Person called Sam Adam is vet rude ignorant Martin is the sweet talker yet whn it come to the crunch he back off.  Whn u expect money you should have the decency to provide the write details e mails invoices receipts. I wish I ahd read the reviews first there windows are good but what they show u is not what u get Please plz if you do go with this company make sure u have  bank transfers and if u do pay cash make sure the person write and signed as well take pics at the time My advice try to avoid them as they price u low but at the end uv got a bill higher then the other companies

Extremely poor customer service and poor quality products. They are good only until they got your money. once they have it they don't bother to reply. issues with the doors installed at my property. Its now more then 6 months i keep on calling them, sending text messages and emails but they never contacted me back.

I had Windows and patio doors fitted by them. Guys who install them did good job.However there was few bits missing which should beas promised on the phone conversation fitted in few weeks. It's been 4 months now and there's  no will of sorting the issue. They ignore phone  calls and messages left on the voice mail.

I was a little worried at first due to some of the reviews But I decided to judge on my experience and boy am I glad I did This company really cares about its customers The guy that came to see us first was super nice and nothing was too much trouble Helped us make our own choices without ever putting us under any pressure to pick a certain style or design. Next came the surveyor who again was extremely polite and professional The office kept me fully updated on our order And in just over 4 weeks 6 new white windows were installed The fitters were great and really looked after our home like it was there own  I can't recommend them enough

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY USE BULLY BOY SALES TACTICS THEY HAVE NO AFTER SALES. THEY IGNORE AND BLOCK CALLS AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT. THEY PHONED ASKING FOR PAYMENT BEFORE INSTALATION WAS HALF DONE THEN THREATENED ME WITH A COURT ORDER IF I DIDNT PAY THEM NOW? ALL MY CALLS GO UNANSWERED CANT GET OUT OF MY HOUSE AS THE DOOR WONT OPEN, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS TELLING THEM ITS A FIRE HAZARD. THEY JUST DONT CARE. WARNING

Don't use this company it is a scam!  They come out under the umbrella of another company called eco funding and offer you a middle of the market price.  Though when I tried to cancel and get my deposit back, they would not refund the deposit, I contacted them the day after the survey via phone and emailed asking for a refund and my deposit back - I am yet to receive an email or a phone call and its been two months.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt and lost out - don't be fooled.
