We had drapes fitted throughout our entire home in July 2016. The whole process was so easy and pleasant. Rohan was fantastic in helping me decide on colours for my drapes. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had Adam install our drapes and he was lovely and professional. I had a 9 week old baby at the time and he was so accommodating. He even suggested to hang the drapes in our master bedroom first so I could put my son down for his nap so his routine was not interrupted. I'm so happy with the end result and I highly recommend Decor8 Curtains, Blinds and Shutters. Great service from start to finish.

Went with Decor8 for the 5 remaining rooms in our home after reading the great reviews.
Rohan was very friendly, reliable & helpful & guided us through the whole selection process.
As promised, it took 6 weeks from order to installation & this is when things changed & went downhill.
Adam did the installation who was friendly & speedy, but didn't clean up at all.  Immediately we noticed that one lot of our curtains was too short.  Adam checked the paperwork & advised that it was the manufacturers error & would get Rohan to call.  He also advised that we would not have to wait very long for replacement as we would be put to the top of the list & would have before Chritsmas being 3 weeks away.  Rohan did phone but was not near as friendly, especially when I mentioned a few other issues we'd noticed, Roman Blind Crooked, Curtain made incorrectly, loose cords & curtains didn't move smoothly on one of the tracks.  Also joins in material stood out & not discreet.  When I questioned timeframe to fix the issues his response was that Christmas is 3 weeks away & they close down until mid January therefore it will be late January early February.  Obviously not put to top of list, just ensuring other customers orders were done by Christmas!  I contacted Rohan on 19th January for update & was advised they return on 30th January & he'll be in touch after then.  Miraculously he rang me a few days later to advise our curtains are ready & arranged installation for 24th January along with resolving  our other issues.  Adam was again our installer & when asked to steam the joins in the curtains he was very reluctant & refused to get his steamer from van so I had to provide him with my iron.  He only did one curtain therefore the remaining 4 curtains still have indiscreet joins!!!  As this process was part of the installation from previous suppliers used I did expect that this would be included.  Roman blind still crooked.  Error in curtain incorrectly made - ignored. Overall would I use or recommend Decor8, for quality & advice, yes, just don't have any issues & all should be good.

We recently had new curtains & blinds installed by Decor8. I found this company from a google search, & was impressed with the consultation process when compared to other companies who quoted.  Rohan provided all the information &  guidance that helped me make a correct decision. With the other companies their recommendations seemed almost random. I am extremely pleased with the end product, both the curtains & blinds are fabulous. I had a broken cord after installation (thanks to one of my kids) & he was extremely helpful & came by to fix it.
