I made an appointment last minute, and got booked in to see Dr Sunday. I attended a little early, but didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes after my appointment time to get in. The admin staff were all helpful, and very friendly, despite being obviously busy, and the fact that I could barely talk due to what I suspect is laryngitis. Dr Sunday was patient, courteous, and very attentive, and the whole appointment was done very quickly. Couldn't recommend this clinic more highly!

took the wife for tests, and we sat in the reception for close to half an hour without attendance, a dreary place and not so made up at all. ceiling was blotted, carpets were dirty, chairs were terribly uncomfortable. at least they have some toys for kids and magazines. not impressed!
Management here is horrific - been trying to get a file transfer done as my doctor moved practices, have been waiting three weeks for some incompetent practice manager to process this request, been told twice that she doesn't work the day I called and she'll call me back the following day, of course no call back, no progress on the file transfer - absolutely useless. Would definitely not recommend going anywhere near this practice, unless you're happy to wait for simple processes to take several weeks longer than necessary.
Their online booking is not reliable. We booked online and arrived for our appointment only to be told there wasn't one. The website booking doesn't state that you will receive an email or sms conformation. We didn't receive one so naturally assumed it was locked in. When we booked I had to provide Medicare details etc so clearly their system doesn't work reliably. Fortunately the kind receptionist booked us in as an emergency.
I booked a swab test for 6.25pm. I got there at 6.24pm and waited in the car park. After 10mins of waiting I called the medical centre and was told that they had stopped collecting swabs for the evening. I told them I had an appointment booked and the receptionist confirmed my name and said sorry. I asked why they didn’t call me before coming there and she didn’t reply. Very disappointed with the way it was handled.
Worst experience ever, rude staff and unfreindly doctors. This centre cares only about money. Don't waste your money and time with them
First time experience which was first rate. Highly recommended
Yep, five stars for adiqluate car parking. Enjoyed a read while waiting for my spouse who had a medical appointment. As far as anything else goes- no idea!
